If I could give 1/16 of a star... I would. This site used to be awesome. When I joined back in 2020, the site and servers rarely glitches, you could play $20 ALL night long. And you were almost guaranteed a big win every so often. Now.. I can sink hundreds into playnow in only mere moments and either win a few measly dollars just as my funds are running out, barely enough for a few more spins then nothing. Or you win a little when you just begin and then diddly squat until the end game of the few measly dollars. The progressive games, just lead you on and never break. The jackpots are supposedly won, but in the 6 years I've been playing on playnow, idk of anyone in mb who's won one. I used to win all the time. Substantial amounts too. Meaning I'd play more. With substantial amounts. But it's been YEARS since I could say I've won anywhere NEAR even $1,000.00. If God forbid, I do start winning anything at all... the server gets stuck on stupid... or they 'cannot confirm that I'm still in MB.. or some other b.s. technical issues... and then won't let me log in sometimes for hours for no good or apparent reasons... I used to recieve free play money pretty regularly...and now it's far and few between.. not that it'd matter. Because if I ever won anything with it, as soon as I was near completion of the wagering requirements.... I'd immediately start losing.. this site has definitely gone downhill. Not sure if a different handling company took it over, or if it was covid and now losses are being recuperated out of our bank accounts... but I'm sick of lining Manitoba lotteries pockets... I will never recommend Playnow to ANYONE, EVER, AGAIN....

Servers sucks, game kicks you out but still takes what you bet even though, it kicks you while it’s spinning! Absolutely stupid, I rather play on the other casino sites and wait 48 hours for my winnings.

Total crap site. Get good cards and it glitches. Get destroyed by opponents with junk cards WAY more than the odds suggest. There is basically nothing good to say about this site.

Glitches!! Getting kicked off the site when started to win. Not fun to lose every turn with minimal payout. Too greedy.

Terrible customer service I've been a customer for many years now definitely won and loss overtime .. this week I won and did a withdrawal. I wanted more information as it was a larger win which causes an internal review before they release it for deposit .. i was excited and advised I'd receive an email confirmation today .. then nothing .. 4 representatives and nothing .. what i found out is that it goes to "another department" some wouldn't tell me who that was or if I could contact them directly.. then i was told no one knows the actual hours of that department.. then i was told it can take up to 5 days! but wasn't told that by the first rep.. my complaint is that it doesn't matter if you call in , chat in you get some thing different every time and wait along time to get told inconsistent information also i have seen others complain about the games glitching and i too have absolutely without a doubt given how much i play that this only happens when i am betting high and winning it NEVER happens on low

Terrible odds

Crashes when your on a winning streak constantly and then you have to delete cookies in browser in order to log back in and then winning streak just ends. Been like this for month. It's too consistent to not be a coincidence. Save your money and play on a different site.

The site ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. Either the servers are outdated, inadequate or the staff maintaining them are beyond incompetent. It has nothing to do with users’s devices or Internet connections.

Chat is more useless than the site and calling customer support is a complete waste of time and an exercise and frustration. Called because could not buy lottery tickets – again/still – site not working properly. Was told wait time would be 5 to 10 minutes and hung up after 45 minutes.

Every other site on the planet can manage to keep their sites up and running. When reviews are almost 90% negative, most organizations would pay attention. Not Playnow - they just want to rip people off and spend as little as possible on providing a decent entertainment experience. After all, isn’t that the claim – that the money you spend is the cost of the entertainment the game provides? If so, again, this organization is charging people for using a site that is anything but entertaining.

Since I really don’t see any point in spending money to be frustrated rather than entertained, I am permanently giving this hard miss, suggest everyone else do the same thing. I can buy lottery tickets elsewhere.

If you hope to win, it will happen between late Friday night to very early Sunday morning. Cash outs are not done until Mondays at the earliest. Cashout cannot be processed over the weekend. You will begin to lose money after the big win which may cause you to reverse your payout request. Playnow takes the money back. This way they can say they paid out.

I had a pretty good time these past few times playing. Haven’t won but I appreciate a casino that will at least let you play a little, maybe even some bonus action, I only plunk in $5-$20 so I’m not a big player with tons of cash, so it’s nice to be able to spin a few 20 cent spins for a bit.
