I've been disappointed with the site lately , At first I had luck and even hit some jackpots with some substantial wins but as of late it feels as though it's just collecting back whatever winnings it given me , I have friends in the same area who play on this site and they're winning consistently while I'm losing now consistently, I play alot like thousands a year , way more than they do and it feels like the site is intentionally collecting from me to pay them, this goes along with the constant glitches , disconnecting from games , etc. Used to be my go to site but thinking it's time to take my money elsewhere

For a " legitimate government-run Casino it sure has a lot of glitches I'm in Manitoba it knows I'm in Manitoba yet it makes me click location okay to prove that I'm in BC when I'm in BC I can access it cuz I can only access it from my home Province what's that I practically live in both places but I can only play in Manitoba and I can't set up BC account just when I get into the game and before it pays out it glitches it says I'm in the wrong district and I can't play in this province and it boots me out I have to log back in it refreshes the game I have to start from the beginning all the pots are empty

They are quick to lock your account I had $80 in my account and an early $50 bet on the Philadelphia eagles worth about $700 and they locked me out because PayPal had locked my PayPal account due to a missunderstanding and now will not unlock it even though PayPal has unlocked my PayPal account and I cannot get through to any one nor get my money back

A bad casino, games that don't play correctly. Like very long amounts of time without spins, One would play and lose more then one should. If this was to be fun, it should have a resonable amount of return to the player say around 92-96% rtp. But its more like 80%-88% rtp which is very bad for a casino. It should be enjoyable not one where you are playing with such a high house edge. At 96% rtp vs 80% rtp, if you bet $10 you lose 4 cent/bet vs 20 cent/bet. One you last 3-6x as long before ruin. But here it sucks everything quickly. I have played other casinos and its much better. The gambling regulation board needs to change this. Stay away from this its a total scam.

If I could give less than one star I would. What the hell is wrong with you? Your site barely functions to buy lotto or anything else. As a BC government site you should all be fired. Most days you can barely log in let alone anything else. Support local charities by gaming online with you? The site is slow and unresponsive. You will be kicked out of games during every session. I have had games freeze multiple times just when a bonus is awarded. Customer service unable to unlock games when this happens. Support is ineffectual and unable to help. They will blame the player and take zero responsibility for their poor quality software. Too bad, I would prefer to gamble at an online casino based out of Western Canada. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This site has to be the worst gambling site ever. Not only does it have numerous technical issues but it’s also heavily rigged and designed to scam people. They took out under bets on NBA games and changed the odds of the over bets so that it’s much harder to win. I’ve never seen anything like this and honestly I can’t believe that they can legally do that. Seems like a good way to get sued. Make up your own betting rules. There is no other betting site that would allow anything like that. Also, slot games are clearly designed to rarely give you bonus games and free spins. I was playing Precious Panda Hold & Win yesterday on a 25 cent bet and kept winning to the point where I had almost $200. I got 4 bonus rounds and won a little more each time. I kept playing 25 - 50 cent spins (a few 75 cent and a few $1 too) and did NOT get a bonus from that point on. I’d get 2 but not 3 bonus icons. Also there is a “Hold & Win” feature that you can get playing the regular game by getting the yin yang symbols and not one time the whole time I played, did I get that particular bonus. Almost a few times but nope.

Granted, I got perturbed due to the endless dead spins and small returns and tried a couple of other games with basically the same result without putting as much money into them as I did Precious Panda.

Today I tried again, same game, with another $25 and lo and behold, no bonus yet again! Close, but none.

Like others have said, this site is a scam. There is no way that a land-based casino would let you spin so many times on the same machine and not get any bonuses whatsoever.

Terribly run site with old software, was playing Blackjack and winning then started receiving errors and booted out of game. Also happened on first game I played and I never even finished the hand and it took my money. Third Blackjack game I played the house won 80% of hands.
