Even you get the features, no win at all.I have had long experience with OJO with stake & free plays.On one of my negative experiences; i remember very well that I spent £800 with £2 stakes on Eyes of horus slot games, but paid back nothing signifncant, almost nill. How this could happen? i am not expecting to hit a JP, but how reasonable return cannot happen?

As soon as I requested my money, my account was blocked for verification. I provided all documents multiple times, including bank statements, proof of ownership, and even confirmation from my bank.
They keep asking for a specific Visa Debit statement that my bank confirmed does NOT exist, and reject every document without giving a clear reason or alternative.
I’ve been trying to resolve this for over a month. Support just sends the same copy-paste responses over and over, with no real help.
My funds (~$1900) are still stuck.
Be very careful — depositing is easy, but withdrawing is a completely different story.
