Bought a kittie hoodie, and it arrived way longer than expected time.

Then, when it arrived, the hoodie was smaller than usual. It is clearly an Asian size, and I wish they mentioned this on the website, but no, nothing. The quality is also very poor, as it's not soft, and just doesn't look like it is worth what I paid.

I asked for a returned, and even after a week after returning the item I still have not received any update (e.g. acknowledgement that the refund is being processed). Very disappointed with customer service and just how the site lies to you with so many things.

The new seat belt my my cockerpoo is fantastic as when I get put of my car she can't move around & doesn't set the alarm off

Great product ,Fab colour bright green! excellent fast delivery of my puppies car safety leash . I have confidence in this strong secure seat belt leash knowing my little 'pup' is safe when travelling in the car. I would definitely recommend this PlayPaw product.

Bought one of the Playpaw Adjustable Car Safety Belts and we are very happy with it. Secures the dog whilst travelling in the car or van, but is elasticated so she can move around to at least get comfortable. Somehow keeps her calmer too. Highly recommend this product and company. Fast delivery also

I had never ordered from PlayPaw before but I had heard a lot of good things about the anti vomit pet bowl, so ordered through Play Paw. I was impressed by the communication received from them about the status of my order and the delivery schedule.
The anti vomit pet bowl is very nice, it looks sturdy and my cat was a bit dubious at first but after a good sniff around it, is happy to eat and drink out of it. Since moving her onto this bowl, she has had no episodes of vomiting, and she seems more settled. Thank you

My cat still doesn’t trust his new friend but he is always like that with new toys/experiences. I can see him already getting closer to Floppy Fish and wanting to interact with it. Paws crossed

Great product. Took about a week to arrive but tracking stays accurate. Better alternative to fastening harness to seat belt. Very happy.
