Not impressed at all. Been waiting since March 3rd for my book. Been in constant contact with store, no refund but will offer discount on another purchase. B.S. they tell me they are having a problem with customs and want me to take care of it, like I really know what to do. Besides that's not my job. Thank you, no thank you never again

Zero stars! I’ve waited patiently for months now. Can’t even track a package through USPS that says was delivered. Can’t file a claim because the tracking number doesn’t work. I’ve asked for a refund but not offering full refund just some discount. Next stop is the BBB.

If I could give 0 stars that would be what I would give this company scammers I received mens socks they told me was a gift and would not provide me with a tracking number for my package huge witches box then after months of being told to be patient I was told there is a tariff on my package and they wanted me to fix the problem on my end when I said no I want a full refund they said I couldn’t get one as I needed to send the socks back a gift they sent me I did not want or ask for and then I would receive 60%back I told them that was not acceptable I want a 100% refund and they have not given that back this company is horrible I wish I could share my emails I have sent the the responses I have received proving my complaint Please Do yourself a favour and Do Not purchase anything thing from this company they steal your money

Definitely a scam it show's that it was delivered and everytime I send a email I get the same response, I told them I wouldn't be wasting my time with emails if I received my order.

I ordered a box that was supposed to be filled with herbs. Instead they put a tracking number on a pair of socks. When I had contacted customer support they have been giving me the run around saying that was a free gift. Said I can’t get my refund until I get the actual package. Cannot provide me with a tracking number.

Yep! 100% scam, socks are not what I ordered but are what I received. While I have managed to talk to support they are literally making up every single excuse they can think off.

Never got my order. They claim it was delivered. It was not. Do not order from them! I wish I had read reviews!

Only gave a one because I cannot give a negative number. I gave them proof from postal service my package wasn't delivered, and they want to give me a 30% refund. I said I wanted full refund or new items. They are a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is a scam! I ordered the delux witch kit. They’ve taken my money 2 months ago and all I got was 2 pairs of rank socks is never wear in a thousand years. Luckily I already have a big selection of witchcraft supplies……it’s in the post playpro!

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is nothing but a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Like everyone else I received two pairs of socks, they don't even sell socks on their website. I have emailed them 4 times and have not received any reply.

I wish I would’ve seen all of this before I made an order. I got the same thing pairs of socks. I’ve been back-and-forth arguing with this company for over a month. I’m thinking about getting a lawyer, but would be even better is if everybody here joined me, and had a mass lawsuit against them, that is what will work

I’m usually quite savvy when it comes to scams, but they got me good. It all looked legit stating they’d received my order on 2nd March 2023 & issued a tracking no etc. I ordered 2 items. I got 2 items, but they weren’t the items I ordered. I received 2 pairs of socks. I emailed them 3 times & all I got back was “your package has been delivered” I don’t know how they can sleep at night

This company is a Fraud. Do not buy from them. I purchased the Witch box Deluxe from them and after waiting several weeks decided to email the company to find out where my order was. They emailed me after a few days saying it was sent out already. Well, I never got it and they kept telling me to check with neighbors and my post office for this package. I did and nobody has seen it. Again I emailed them asking where this package was and again same reply. So back to the post office I go. Turns out, it was a tiny envelope with two pair of SOCKS!!! I never ordered socks. Especially for the price I paid. SCAM...BIG TIME!!! Please don't order from this company. All your gonna get is socks. So now I fight....

I wish I could leave zero stars as this is a scam, ordered several items. They lied on several accounts about shipping. What do I get in the mail you ask, a cheap pair of socks!!! I hope this helps others to keep from getting scamed.

This is a scam. The company is not in California and it does not have home delivery in 3-7 days. But you don’t find this out until you see the charge on the credit card. Then when you try to cancel it they won’t let you. I have dispute in with credit card company for fraud. I am also thinking of filing police report and hire attorney to close them down. I have looked them up since this happened and I see that people are getting a pair of socks not the book of shadows.

Do not order from this site. Never received product , they said it was delivered which was a lie, will be reporting them , and their customer service is a joke!

It's almost embarrassing to write this. I am usually smarter than the average bear and I chose to ignore my intuition this time, shouldn't have as we know better! Ordered a Deluxe kit, about 2 weeks ago. Order arrived today. Socks. They sent socks. The email they provide for support doesn't respond, phone listed is out of service. If you stumble upon this site like I did looking for answers on what to do first off I'm sorry it sucks I feel the pain and secondly here you go. Call the FTC 1-877-382-4357 as well as report them to this fbi site cause they need to be shut down!!!! Tried to post link this site won't let me. But you can Google it and find it easily! Hope this helps!
