Biggest scumbags ever.ordered a laser and never got it

This company is a total scam. They sent me a ring instead of a laser engraver which I returned to sender completely unaware that it was to enable them to rip me off. It never occurred to me that it ws part of a scam.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs. Ordered an engraver which never arrived. Was given a fake tracking ID and after raising issues and asking what time and date it was supposedly delivered to check my cctv they didn’t get in touch. Refused a refund from PayPal because of the fake tracking number. Website link no longer works

Saw an ad for the cool clock kit on facebook, purchased through paypal, waited nearly 2 months for it to get , received a... wallet. i filed a dispute with paypal. Filed a complain at PayPal, out teh refused it, because i received "a"item.

saw the ad for the cool clock kit on facebook, purchased through paypal, waited 2 months for it to get here (they chose the worst / slowest way to ship) and i excitedly opened the package and found... a wallet. i filed a dispute with paypal. playsdom offered to "settle" for a third of the money i spend. i refused, and i got a full 100% refund. these dorks clearly know how to work this system. i am certainly going to be much more careful about what i order through facebook in the future.

We bought a small laser engraver, $35, from a Playsdom advert on Facebook. When the parcel arrived it contained a cheap $5 'silver' ring. We noticed Playsdom adverts and website had disappeared. We emailed them, they ignored us. Mean while, we opened a dispute with Paypal. A week later another ring arrived in the post and Playsdom send a partial refund offer, $12, via Paypal which was quickly rejected.

A few days later we got another message from Paypal saying we would be receiving a full refund. I guess there is also an implied downgrade in Playsdom standing with Paypal, great, and we'll try find a way to pass all this through to Facebook.

Never re eived my order. They did not offer to find it or refund my money. The pistol office couldn't even use the tracking number they gave. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered a clock like everyone else and received a plastic wallet.

I requested that the Hong Kong city government provide contact information for the locally registered HK company by the name of 燊火網絡科技有限公司. This also translates as Sunfire Network Technology Co., Limited 燊火網絡科技有限公司
The Company number is 2984826.

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a table in January. Received a wallet at the end of February. No clue what it was until reading the reviews. Lesson learned, I let my guard down. Should have googled them. Not a whole lot of money, but still mad. Disputed with credit card, of course Playsdom.com had a tracking number on the wallet. I’m still going further with my dispute just for it isn’t right to do this.

I ordered in December, contacted them in January to find out where my item was, and when they tried to tell me I had received when I hadn't, they offered to send a replacement. I was able to track it to a community 800km from where I live. Now I see the storefront is closed. Fortunately I didn't lose a lot of $$ but it sure is aggravating. Don't buy from them.

This is a con. I ordered a car awning/ tent and it never arrived. Tracking failed to show it after it left China. I contacted playsdom and they gave me a new tracking number and said it was for a replacement. Sure enough the tracking showed it had been picked up by Royal mail...and delivered but I didn't get the delivery. I contacted royal mail and they couldn't associate my address with the tracking code which they said related to an item delivered over 6 hours travel from my address and said that they though it was a scam. PayPal informed, now awaiting their decision. I asked playsdom for the address which they sent the item but got no response.

Ordered a clock in December and received a wallet in February. Paypal declined refund as Playsdom sends the delivery receipt of the wallet. DO NO DO BUSINEESS with these CROOKS.

Ordered duck face play yard. Got a WALLET! Disputing through PayPal as I did not purchase a wallet and they sent it instead of what I ordered.

Update: after showing documentation through PayPal (email of order confirmation with tracking #, package that arrived with matching tracking #, and contents of package) PayPal issued me a full refund

Strange how I write reviews but don't read other experiences before purchasing. Now I've been caught - do not use this company, do not purchase anything from them. Three months after purchase I receive that black wallet that others have mentioned. This company is a complete sham, complete con.

This company is a scam and DO NOT USE PAYPAL to purchase anything. I ordered a laser engraver. The playsdom sent me a plastic toy ring. They sent paypal that tracking number and now I'm out $60!

Like everyone else, ordered the swivelling cheese board and picked up a cheap, smelly black wallet. Wracked my brain as to how I would have ordered that. None of the links on the email order work and I paid via credit card so no point even chasing.

I also ordered a duck baby fence from this company back in January. I’ve received nothing. I filed a complaint with PayPal on Feb 9th. They said they had to write to the company first to get their side of the case. They gave them 10 days to respond, apparently they received a response today and they said they are reviewing it. As I am waiting, I don’t have high hopes. Even though their company store is closed and their Facebook page is down, I just get the feeling that PayPal will side with them. But that’s OK I used a credit card from a bank, and I will dispute the charge with them. Just didn’t want to go that route.

What surprises me is that from all the bad reviews I’ve read on the Internet about this company, PayPal chose to remain in business with them. I guess money is everything.
