I won a free game from them and have had so much fun!

Purchased two games since which was 'clair obscur: expedition 33' and 'the precinct' that both steam keys work fine.
There was small a problem during for expedition 33 before launch day which the key was delayed due to distributor supplies (which i'm guessing the game was getting popular and a good deal for price on playsum) but the next day i got the key and neat discount code so thanks.

Bought a key on this stores 16 h later and I get it. this web site is legit if you don't care waiting 12hours.

Bought a bakery simulator key on 23rd January which was not even available (despite saying instant delivery) and still not 3 months later, a literal scam.

Purchased a game from this site and it was unfortunately backlogged because of the popularity surrounding the game. Hpwever, I received it the very next next day and I am extremely satisfied. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a deal, reliable, great customer service, this is the place to go. And if you have any issue, their customer service team will make it right. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Preordered a game, did not receive the key upon launch (despite them stating that I would at the point of purchase). About 2 hours after launch I received an email explaining that their distributor has some issues delivering keys.

More than 8 hours after launch - still without a key - I requested a refund and bought the key in a different store that did have keys on hand.

I appreciated the email two hours in but as a customer it ultimately is secondary *why* the keys are not available, the time itself matters more.

I still give four stars because they have good deals, seem committed to good customer service and it's not their fault if the distributor has issues. I believe with already released games this most likely won't be an issue as well.

However, I would be wary of preordering here again if I want to play immediately upon release.

I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a game key. I have opened two tickets asking for a refund and they have not responded to the first ticket I opened for over a week.

Just like I was upset at the time about the delay in responding to my ticket, I understand that we’re all human and can make mistakes or have oversights. Not only did they reply with an apology, but they also gave me a voucher for future purchases, which I appreciate. I made another purchase from the store today and the delivery was instant. I hope things go well for them, and I see that the overall reviews are positive. Good job and good customer service after all.

It's crazy how underrate this store seems. You get pretty good deals and everything went perfectly smooth when i bought a game.

Their store UI made it a quick and easy experience, got the games and have already put considerable hours into said games.

Reasonable prices and it's nice to know a tree is planted with every game sold. I haven't tried connecting with other players yet but, I may try that soon.

I purchased 3 games during a sale and had a wonderful experience. The store was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for quickly. I received the codes to add the games to my Steam library fast, and it was easy to redeem them. The games were also on sale via Playsum's storefront, but not on Steam itself, so I saved quite a bit of money using Playsum!

I've bought a couple of games from Playsum's store now, and as a UK purchaser buying from the US, I was apprehensive at first, but they have a nifty feature to tell you if the games can work internationally which set my mind at ease. Both DynoPunk and Shadows of Doubt have been great additions to my library thanks to Playsum and their sales!

I took advantage of one of their promotions and bought three games from their store. They had a great selection and their website is so easy to use! As soon as I received the keys, I went to their app and found some players to play with! Something I love is that this company is willing to give the gaming community a safe space to enjoy our hobby, so kudos to them! All in all I had a great experience.
