Amazing customer service team.
Product was perfect, exactly what I ordered. Dispatch was fast, well packaged and no issues.
Customer service from playtcg amazing.
Only let down was the courier that delivered it. Ordered bank holiday Monday, despatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Arrived Thursday. Courier claimed to have tried to deliver 3 hours after the slot (black screen as proof) delivery 3 hours late the next day. The driver did apologise for being late.
