Innplay Lab: Playtika acquired this mobile game unit on August 23, 2024. After reading the reviews, and seeing concerns similar to mine, I now understand this company is not interested in supporting its customers. I loved animal kingdom but the game has glitches and the company refuses to accept responsibility. Specifically, I made a $7.99 purchase and did not receive the coins. Not an issue, I thought, I will reach out to the company and advised them of the issue. What I thought would be an easy fix turned into an unbelievable never ending experience. In reviewing my payment account, it appeared as if I was being drastically overcharged. The support team had no issue responding to that concern with a logical explanation that my charges were coupled together. Ok, no problem. Thanks for the explanation. Now, to address the charge that prompted my inquiry, the support team, support at innplaylab insisted that I received the coins. And, in saying that, they will not grant the coins or refund my monies. On top of that, there was another purchase a day later for $4.99 in which they stated was my doing. I advised the representative that I would not had made another purchase after not receiving the goods for the last purchase. Again, they will not refund the $4.99. My purchases in question are small, thank goodness, imagine if the purchases I dispute were substantial. Hope this helps someone. Do not recommend any games own and run by This company!! And do not make any purchases!! I shall continue to pursue my case to a commonsense resolution! Whether it was a $1 it was my monies and they stole it!

How can they subscribe me if I'm not interested in premium subscription? Maybe my finger accidentally tapped something. They do not solve issues like this. They try to take your money.

Complete scam they say they use RNG well maybe they do but overall these are just thieves and scammers don't play their games Do not trust and do not believe any statement about fair play or whatsoever simple thieves they are only out to get your money

Try it and see, Playtika are cheating scum rat dogs that have ruined a once enjoyable and fun to play game. Also, sick and tired off the beggars. Get rid of the chat box.

Ordered an item for June's Journey and never received it. Absolutely no response to my concern! Won't buy from them again. No refund either!

Didn’t pay on Bingo Blitz (freecash) even if undeniable proofs were given…

I do understand it need money to keep it going but most time I play the top boost {$70 of credits for 1 game} I never see any red tabs or not even a bingo for an chance and luck free game it 95% program for BB to take

It doesn't matter which browser the application for WSOP has too many loops built into the code. 2 months back a splash screen showing fictional players showed up. Once on that screen the unknown wait time is frustrating. Moreso the play now buttons do nothing other than loop back to the splash screen. I keep my cache files, browser garbage and board attach SSD primary 'disk' clean. That does not help. Have put short comments on the WSOP fb pages, written problem reports and used other sites in an attempt to get 1) an answer on what I could be doing wrong. 2) let their people know they have a looping mess.

At this point the best option is to get away from any of their offerings due to the bad code they won't, likely cannot, fix.

Biggest fraud ever!. I've been a player since 2012 with over more than 20high-level accounts, invested a significant amount of time and money in event and such. However, this guy Keith Hardwood decided to ban all my accounts, one after another..reason? duo suspicious activity. I've repeatedly asked for proof of concept and of this alleged activity, but they keep saying same thing over and over again that its duo suspicious activity. So to test this out i bought a brand new phone and only installed the slotomania game as only app/software created a new account email, facebook etc.. and guess what? account banned after few months, same reason again !!! haha. whats going on? Perhaps its because of my middle east name, and that this guy is just a big rasist and just disliked people with names like mine. This a real fraud what Playtika is doing, spending a lot of time and money in their games and they just block you with no proof of concept. Its pointless to seek help from their support ( i have multiple chats and emails without any progress), they just keep repeat whats in the email. So if its true why not show or say what the cause was that banned the accounts. I am done with games from this company they dont respect you and dont give aabout you or your time and money spended in the game,,sorry they do care about the money so they can steal it.

I play slotomania and like millions of users i feel cheated by this money laundering business.
I think these social casino games should fall in the same category as online casinos, since they generate millions of profit on our expense.
Until the goverments pay more attention to these scams, Playtika will be operating freely without restrictions and stealing players money.

Bingo Blitz is a complete rippoff and is nothing more than a scam to get people to spend their money on what is supposed to be a free bingo game if you don't pay you don't win

Oh wow! Ummm, hello, anyone there playtika??? Nope. This company is awful. If they still exist. Twice in 10 years that I’ve asked for help to retrieve my game data through guest account in Bingo Blitz. The support seems non existent. They don’t respond. They have ignored my support ticket for over 2 weeks now. Nothing. I would use 4 letter words to express my grief. But I don’t want censorship on an honest review

Quit stealing people's money!! The dealers get unbelievable hand's example " 4 flushes in a row or if u have 2 pair she will always have a fullhouse several times in a row as well!! People buy chips and then are scammed!!!! Literally

As others have said, playtika have sucked all of the joy from the once great “Redecor” game.
Their algorithms are utterly crap, there’s no fairness anymore — daylight robbery has taken its place.

I deleted the game over a fortnight ago, not even bothering to see out my season pass. It really is that bad now, and the downward trajectory of the last year shows no sign of levelling off.

RIP, Redecor. The only silver lining to my sadness at a once great game ruined, is that playtika have made it so bad now that I don’t even miss it at all.

Pltk creates immense pressure on their customers. Any changes made in their games are to the detriment of the players/customers. Adverse changes have a very negative and destructive effect on the gaming experience; in frustrated players it often leads to buying behavior, which can lead to addictive behavior. At redecor, since the takeover by pltk, purchased items have been taken away from players. You can get them back through a level status, which is actually cheating.
Pltk is not a good company, I can only advise against using their games.

£90 spent on coins 9 trillion coins all blank spins. Was on site 2 minutes. I’m on level 35000 been on years. So greedy this company more you buy less you get. It’s all fixed right down to the slots jerking reels so u get no coins. More fixed than the mafia. They need to get another job in a supermarket as their utterly useless. Never get anything back. No one gets intouch with you. Nothing. The so called team are appauling wouldn’t pay em in washers. Steer clear of this site as it frauds it’s players to the hilt. It is a fraudulent company.
