In June's Journey, Playtika developed a cheat program that has glitches as it will automatically be triggered if you collect coins or open boxes quickly. This not cheating. They know it is an issue but are very unresponsive to fixed it if a player triggered it. There are cheaters that truly cheat on competitions but the program does not get triggered for this actual type of cheating. Poor program development and totally poor costumer services to resolve any issues.

The company took a game that had many dedicated players, who, spent a good deal of money weekly and turned them to boycotting the game. Instead of listening to their customers, they insulted them. They do not understand, that without customers, you will not have a business. Soon, the boycotters, will be leaving the game. Bring back the coffee, for your own good!

I have been playing for nearly three years, time, and money has been invested including the countless hours of watching commercials. The decorations and the rewards for long time players are absolutely useless. I haven’t claim anything in at least 6 month ( saving me a lot of money). The integrity of the game is completely lost, making some of your official sites useless, like how to decorate you Island. Sad state for all the seniors and people with disabilities who needed this game for comfort and self worth.

JJ has been ruined by all the changes to a once successful game.

I have played June’s Journey since 2018. I loved it and it was a great game, lots of fun and great options. When Playtika purchased the game from Wooga it began the slow death we are watching now. Rude and very sexist comments to players through Facebook have become the norm. The assumption that we are stupid and will continue to throw our money out to them is ridiculous. I would not recommend this game or any Playtika game. Money grabbing company.

Ruined game Junes Journey by greed only interest they have is how much money you have to spend on them. Their staff are rude and sexist wouldn't play another Playtika game as long as I live. Gave them a one star because zero stars is not available

This company cares little about its players. It is supposed to be a free game but they are doing all they can to stop that. All they care about is your hard earned cash.

They had a great thing going with June’s Journey and ruined it with their own corporate greed and didn’t expect us the players to be strong enough to rise up and boycott them!!! We’ll look at your rating now Playtika. Yours isn’t the only game out there.

They only care about getting deep in your pockets, could care less about customer satisfaction and they ruin the games they buy...i do not tecommend playing any games ran by playtika....save your money for a company who cares about its players

Poorly managed and short sighted.
Multiple modifications in June’s Journey have made a fun game completely unenjoyable and difficult to play.

June’s Journey was a great game until Wooga was acquired by Playtika a few years ago. Playtika managec to ruin everything. Over the past 6/8 months, the developers have completely destroyed the game. Players are not free to express their opinion( strong censorship is applied to content posted by users). Players are only useful for increasing their income.

Even a year ago when I started playing this game it was great, I’ve spent plenty of $, I see it as entertainment. Now it seems to be going down hill fast. Changing the coffee shop has been the last straw for me, I’m looking elsewhere and only playing JJ when its totally free.

June's Journey was a good game. It has been ruined by playtika and I don't think it will survive the changes they have made.

Playtika bought out WOOGA and has effectively destroyed the June’s Journey game for loyal players. I started playing over a year ago and what was a reasonably enjoyable game has lost all its appeal. They are now launching ads to try win new players but don’t be fooled. They have turned the game into a shameless cash grab. Don’t fall for it.

Horrible company. Bought out Wooga and has been gouging players ever since.

June’s Journey, under the sole care of its creator, Wooga, was a wonderful challenging, fun game that encouraged community sharing and great team sport. Several years ago, Playtika became the new corporate owner of June’s Journey. Then over the months and years, it drained its loyal players of their money with little in return. Game changes did not have the enjoyment of the players in mind but instead are intended to force its players to spend their hard-earned cash. The game has devolved into a cash cow for Playtika. But I think that will soon be over for this corporation.

I wish I could give no stars. They don't care about the players. They only care about the revenue that they might generate. With all the changes and the game quickly becoming a communist game I honestly don't see how they can expect to stay afloat. They give and then take it away and expect you to be ok with it. They ram down our throats play, play, play. Something they hope will generate more revenue. I did spend about $1000 from DL one and two. After this last slap in the face of only serving a drink a day as well as a max of drinking 15 drinks a day I will no longer spend another red cent. I also will not watch ads that help with their revenue nor will I promote them in a good light. There are other games to play that are free to play and just as rewarding like Lily's Garden. Or better yet getting off of the device and spend time with my loved ones more often.

Wooga developed Pearls Peril which ended and when replaying the entire game became a drag they launched a more involved island decorating game June’s Journey that was awesome! However once they sold to playtika it was downhill from there. They added new untested features that simply glitched and caused errors they could not remedy. Customer support became a joke as they ignored customers with a generic bot response, often not even addressing the issue. For myself they went from admitting they were unable to repair the issue they had caused and suggested resetting my caught up to the developers game back to the beginning. When I said no they decided their algorithms had classified me as a cheat. After playing from day one and making in game purchases, I cannot express my anger, disappointment and outrage!

This company has made clear statements about monetizing it’s games, and it is evident in the constant ads, pushed in app purchases, terrible customer service and decrease in the quality of gameplay.
