A series of bad decisions/changes to …

A series of bad decisions/changes to June's Journey has spoiled what was once a great game for many thousands / millions of players. Would not be too late to save the game but have seen no indication that the company are listening to their customers.

June's Journed USED TO BE FUN

They suck you in to play a "free" game. Then they changed all the rules about serving coffee with your team mates so you can't do it any more. They are doing everything they can lowering all the rewards in the game to force everyone to give them money to be able to keep playing. They don't care at all about player satisfaction. It's now total stress on everyone to play even though they claim otherwise. We all know their bottom line is more $$$. Wish they wouldn't lie about it. We're not stupid.

JJ used to be a fun game

JJ used to be a fun game. I had been spending actual money in there too as I thought it was worth it from the enjoyment I got out of the experience as a whole. With the changes in the cafe, it is no longer as enjoyable. I don't understand how they thought this would make things better and less stressful.

The fun has been sucked out!

I really was enjoying my game and team. Coffee time is not the same now that there is a limit of one coffee to serve per day 😕. Not sure how we will continue to play competitions when our team mates have no energy ... we won’t. Too bad, it used to be fun.

I Loved June's Journey

I Loved June's Journey, I still love playing the game, even after they started making changes. Really enjoyed coffee time with my club. They really messed things up, only allowing 1 drink per day now. They ruined the best part of the game. Sharing drinks with my teammates; so we could collect energy. So that we could play the Detective League, Competitions, Detectives Needed, and Help Wanted.

Greed is the name of the game

Greed is the name of the game. If you want to participate in competitions and play the game you best be ready to shell out real money because they have removed the only way to earn the free energy necessary to do both.

Was a strong supporter!

A long time supporter here (even spending my own money) and really enjoyed the scenes. At some point the developers decided that they were going to develop and make changes and that's not always bed, but when you ignore your customers then that's bad. The recent change in the cafe that had been a place to help your teammates out regardless of time zones is no longer a place to help each other out. The cafe was a place to offer drinks (with the gift of energy) and we has 5/day; now it's 1/day and I can no longer give drinks twice a day to ensure ALL members of my club can participate. Way to go Wooga! I've never been upset with you before, but now you have crossed a line and are not at all concerned about helping your customers become invested by connection to other players.

June’s Journey WAS a fabulous game…

June’s Journey WAS a fabulous game until Playtika bought it. Since then they have downgraded prizes and continually invented new ways to squeeze fans for money, including stress-inducing team competitions where the algorithms match us against teams we can never beat and they change rules and game operation without warning. The most recent change has been a disaster for my team and half of them want to quit. It’s obvious they rolled it out without testing first.

June’s Journey was a terrific game...

June’s Journey is a terrific game. Playing it got me through the pandemic. Recent changes, however, have taken a lot of the fun away. I don’t blame Wooga, the original developer. I put the blame squarely on Playtika, whose stated intention is to make people pay to play. This latest change is nothing but a shameless cash grab. Shame on you, Playtika.

June’s Journey ruined for many

June’s Journey is a fun game with an interesting storyline. One of the best features was the coffee lounge, where you could chat with teammates and share drinks to help them build up their energy. This week that was taken from us by the decision to make sudden and drastic changes to the coffee sharing system resulting in each player only being able to share one drink per day rather than the five we were able to share previously. This severely limits our ability to help our teammates accumulate energy to play the game and participate in the competitions. This announcement came on the heels of an oddly placed 20 hour marathon competition in which many players used significant amounts of their stored energy to help their teams. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how those two things are related and how they have changed the game, irreparably to many.

The fun is being sucked out of Junes…

The fun is being sucked out of Junes Journey!!
I love playing, joined a great Team (made many new friends), and used to give it 5 stars. All the changes make it not fun anymore! It started with the addition of the Detective Leagues and since then it has totally went down hill.
This new “improvement” to June’s Journey has severely impacted all of us and Playtika/WOOGA does not care about the voices of their players!! They have received so many negative reviews on their official FB page that they have turned off their review function to “clean up”!!! In addition to taking the review function from their FB page they are somehow stopping reviews being posted on the apple store! The audacity of these people is ridiculous!!! LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS OR YOU WILL LOSE THEM!!!!

I’ve been playing for almost a year and the changes that they have made in the past and the game glitches have been annoying but manageable but the latest change has completely ruined the game for everyone!!! i understand that it isn't that serious and it is a game but because we play this game, many spend their hard earned money for the full experience, and we spend a decent amount of our time on it is why you should care!

YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!! If this crap continues I personally will never play another Wooga/Playtika game EVER!

I have enjoyed playing JJ

I have enjoyed playing JJ, but now you have
taken away the fun of playing! I will NOT be spending real money on the game and may delete it completely. I play Pearl’s Peril and enjoy it! I play both games every day. All I see is greediness on your part.

I love playing June’s Journey but…

I love playing June’s Journey but recent changes are horrible. Wooga created the coffee lounge for meeting new people chatting and serving drinks for energy. Now all of a sudden only allowed to serve 1 drink instead of a choice up to 5. If you do the math the energy we get now does not cover what we will need to complete tasks. I feel it is a slap in the face and they do not care about their players one bit. Coffee time is not a chore..all their tasks they are using to compete is the chore. I know I am responsible for what I choose to play But now by changing coffee times they have broken up what they created with a mix of international teams and I am afraid they have bitten off more than what the can chew but please don’t take it out on the players. We just want our coffee time back even if it’s reduced to 3 is better than 1. I don’t want to be forced to quit the game because I do love it but with no energy to play is going to make it impossible. Thanks for listening
