It’s all a lie. All reviews about the escalation team being helpful? They had to do that in order to get a refund. I had to do it too but I’m editing the review to 1 star now. They have ads for their “shoes” under the website elitefeetstore on instagram, snapchat, youtube etc. The shoes seem extremely cheap, like 10 euro for a pair of jordans, but when you buy it, it subscribes you to some weird yoga platform and you don’t get shoes. They will then tell you to leave a good review in order to be refunded.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Accidently signed up to this when I was booking prepaid online parking. Presumably I was rerouted by a pop up, and instead of giving my card details for parking ended up signing up to this site. Cancelled immediately via their chat which was acknowledged. Thought that was it. They then deducted a total of $90 ( I’m still not sure what that bought me as I have nothing to show for it) Tried to cancel again, however, decided it was a scam or at the very least a dodgy web site so locked my card, reported it to my bank, cancelled my card. Hopefully that’s the end of it. A disgusting predatory site. Stay away !!

I have received emails from this company and £15 taken from my account for a subscription I never signed up for, cancelled it all over a week ago and received an email today to say they want another payment, not happy but went onto their chat and dealt with Sammy who has very quickly cancelled everything for me
