Have bought dozens of software products from Plazasoftware at great prices and with outstanding customer service support!

Responded quickly to my questions. Great prices.

The software would load but could not be activated. I worked with Chris via email but was led on a wild goose chase. We came full circle and I still did not have a usable copy of Office. I am working through PayPal for refund since Plaza software does not seem to want to discuss this as an option.

Update: I received a refund through PayPal.

Great company! they answered all my answers and solved any issues i had opening the program.

After reading many reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to go with this company for software. The prices were amazing and the product was downloaded directly from Microsoft. I also had wonderful support from Chris, who was readily available. It turned out to be an easy and quick experience--absolutely NO negatives. Thank you!

Plazasoftware was awesome, get value of software and when I emailed customer support to ask a question about a downloading issue, Chris answered immediately and solved the problem. Will purchase from them again and recommend them to anyone.

I bought a product key for windows 10. At first I hag problems installing it. I emailed Plazasoftware concerning my issue and almost immediately received a response and was able to install without further issue. Thank you Chris.

James was awesome. I would give him ten stars if your system allowed me to do so. He is extremely competent, patient and thorough. James continued to chat with me for HOURS and managed to get a persistent problem fixed. During our chat sessions, I had to leave the chat room numerous times when I needed to reboot my pc, but James made sure that our chat was assigned to him so that when I finished rebooting and returned to the chat room, he was there just waiting for me and continued assisting me the whole time. I must say that James is one of the best support representatives of any business entity that I have dealt with in a long time. I wish every business has reps like James, who is very competent and professional. Thanks again for your assistance James and keep up your great work!

Staff helped me quickly when I wasn't sure exactly how to download the product. All apps work ok and I am very pleased with the results.

I purchased MS 2019 for a very good price. I recieved quick download instructions and activation key. My first attempt at download did not work, but I'm sure it was an error on my part. I contacted customer support and recieved a quick response and another activation key. This time I was able to install the program easily. I appreciate the quick responses and am a happy customer.

I found this site and was really impressed with the chat and then I ordered a product that would only use Edge to install. I was frantic! however by getting on chat and then having the other pc near by He got me on the right tract and just a short time later I was up and running!!

Had trouble getting my program to activate. With assistance from James, I got it up and running.

The customer service was excellent. The instant chat seemed like a real person not a bot. My original Office 19 product key didn't work, but they gave me another one. It worked. They were patient with me trying to send them a screenshot, and that didn't work. I finally figured out how to take a photo of my screen and send.

Purchased Win 10 pro. I had an initial problem activating Windows. Customer support was available immediately and was excellent!. Solved my problem in short order. I’ll definitely buy from Plaza software again!
