I downloaded Windows 10 pro from microsoft.com and was able to activate it with the license they sent me. Big savings!

I had a great deal of trouble due to older versions of software on my computer. Michael spent an enormous amount of time, explaining and helping me troubleshoot every issue. He was kind and an expert at every problem I bumped into (no issue being on their part). So patient, kind and an expert. I had a great experience and would recommend this site to anyone I know. Amazing service and prices!!!

the price is good, the service is excellent. I had some issues in installation, I asked for help and was responded quickly. Chris was very helpful and very professional. I was very impressed.

So installation take a little time, the codes didn't initially work but the company's quick responses helped us get through and now I have a great program at an affordable price. I am always leary of doing these things and getting scammed but all went well.

I was hesitant at first that this was a legit website/MS vendor. I did some research on them and then purchased the Windows 10 Pro and Office 2019 Home and Business. The MS product key codes worked perfectly. Had some questions and emailed Plaza Software Support. Support replied right away even though I was in the US and they are in UK. Fantastic customer service! Will be back for other software in the future.

I purchased Office 2019 Home and Student. All information from Plazasoftware came to me as it was promised. I ran into confusion at the Microsoft Redeem site due to lack of instruction/info as the process unfolded. I contacted Plazasoftware with questions delivered via chat and received courteous accurate answers. I'm confident the product was what I purchased and installed. My problems were with limited experience and the Microsoft account site but Plazasoftware did a great job.

Amazing customer support person. He helped me on chat for over 45 min trying to get my Microsoft Office Home 2019 and Student working correctly. I would never have been able to figure out how to install on my laptop. There was some "kinks" that on my computer that had to be sorted out before the install worked.
