Ordered two lighters on 5/18/2020, never received them. Got an email on 6/5/2020 saying that they were working on the order because shipping took too long and that that he would ship the order himself from his house. A month later after not hearing anything, we emailed him on 6/30/2020 demanding a refund or an update. Then he responded on 7/03/2020 saying “we are so damn sorry we are processing all refunds today and tomorrow”. We never got the refund and it is now 9/5/2020 with no response back from the “company”.

Very bad experience
Recieved the lighter about 4 months after ordering, when it finally arrived I charged it up once, it worked for about a month no problem, then i couldnt charge it again, when i contacted support they never answered. Stay away from these folks, dipshits.

Lighters stop working
Lighters only work in the start, after that they stop working. I have owned 2, and the first one stopped working after 3 days, they sent me a new one, and then lighter number 2 stopped working after 1 month. It would be acceptable if the lighter only cost 5$, but it cost around 50$. Disappointed. And yes, I have been very careful with the lighter.
The Customer service is average, the buying experience fine and the lighter arrived at my house as scheduled.
Can't recommend plazmatic.com. Wait some years before buying this, it clearly hasn't been developed fully yet.
