They process orders only after 18h, and the status is not clear. I paid with a debit card, and the payment was charged to my bank, but the page said there was an error. I then received an email saying that the order was cancelled, only to receive another email, an hour and a half later, saying that it actually went through.
I had to call them to cancel the order, but they werent't able to process the refund straight away. Getting a refund wasn't straightforward, and they justify themselves by saying that I needed a Portuguese phone number for things to work right.
Avoid them and use more reliable food delivery services.
