Thank you for the review.
Unfortunately crisps can get damaged in transit and we do state this on our website.
As part of our quality control, we rattle the crisps before dispatch to check to see if they sound broken and if they do, we consume them ourselves, as sometimes, crisps can be damaged on arrival to ourselves from our supplier.
Having consumed a number of these broken crisps myself, it is only ever a small minority of the crisps in the Pringles tube and in no way takes away from the experience, so it is a bit disappointing that we have received a 3 star rating.
We package our products very well, so it is completely out of our control if the courier has mishandled the parcel during transit.
As this this your 4th order with Pleased To Sweet You, we appreciate your continued custom.

Our first bad review but a welcomed one as it validates the authenticity of our reviews and even the top retailers receive bad reviews and at a much higher percentage than we do, which also validates our high level of customer satisfaction.
A bit disappointing however, as we were first notified by the customer on the evening of December 23rd, which was 14 days after the order was placed.
We responded to the customer within 15 minutes of receiving the correspondence, despite being received outside of working hours. After investigating, we informed the customer that the third party courier (Hermes) had last tracked the parcel on December 14th and that we would contact them directly, to establish the status of the parcel.
We emailed Hermes the same evening but due to Covid-19 working practices and being right on top of Christmas, we have not yet received a reply as of today (Boxing Day), when the customer review was written.
Our policy is to either fully refund or replace lost parcels, once it is established that they are lost. We make sure that our customers are not out of pocket, even when it is not the fault of our company.
We will continue to update the customer when we receive communication from Hermes.
