⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Day Out for Everyone – Highly Recommend!
Pleasure Beach in Great Yarmouth is everything you want from a classic seaside theme park — fun, friendly, and full of excitement! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was brilliant. There’s such a great mix of rides for all ages: fast and thrilling coasters for the adrenaline lovers, and plenty of family attractions for younger children too.
The iconic wooden roller coaster is a must-ride — a rare treat you won’t find just anywhere! We also loved the dodgems, log flume, and fun houses. The whole park feels clean, well-kept, and very easy to get around. Even when it got busy, queues moved quickly and the staff were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do.
Food options were great too — we grabbed some classic seaside treats and everything was reasonably priced, which is refreshing for a theme park! The mix of modern entertainment and nostalgic seaside charm makes the whole experience feel special.
We spent the entire afternoon there and still didn’t want to leave. It’s the perfect place for families, friends, and anyone looking to add a bit of excitement to their day at the seaside.
We’ll definitely be returning — Pleasure Beach is a top highlight of Great Yarmouth! 🌊🎢✨

Fright night. Fab night

We went to the scare night and despite the park being really busy with massive lines for everything including entry, the staff worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces and they powered through the lines while making sure everyone had a good night. The scare actors and extra attractions like the scare mazes were just something else, they deserve an extra round of applause. Just be warned if your claustrophobic I’d give the fun house a miss as there’s a bit in there where your squashed a little between inflated walls (hard to describe) there’s also a bit where you need to crawl and not having any pre warning of that threw me a little. I’m already looking forward to next year and hoping to book a couple of nights so we can go on things a few times over

Very good for kids, not so much adults

It's not like it was when I was young but it's still good for kids nowadays, they seemed to enjoy it.
Living in Norfolk, this is a nice day trip out and visiting pleasure beach is a must.

PAY TO GET IN

They will not let you in without buying a ticket or a pass .
Do they not know they are loosing money .
Some people may just want to go on the machines or buy food and drink .
Allso a lot or people that take the kids to the plesure beach are grandparents a lot of them may not be up to going on the rides rides .
So in order to make more money I think they should at least have 2 types of tickets one for all the rides and one just to go in to go on the macines and to eat and drink .

Not what you see on photos

We were excited to be using the Kensington after reading the reviews
When we booked bed and breakfast paid up front
On the day of arrival we were told it had changed owners
We were refunded £20 for no breakfast facilities on arrival
Our room was what I would describe was for one person not two nothing like the photos was in the attic
The coldest room I have ever stayed in
The shower did not work
The room smelled musky
Worst hotel ever
And still they are showing a hotel that has everything you would like to stay at
But beware it’s not what you see

Amazing quality

Really fun time with good rides for all ages from gentle flat rides for the kids to outstandingly epic thrillseeking rides and the classic roller coaster is still at top quality for being a wooden coaster

Always a great day out

Once again, myself and my two kids (12 and 8) have had a fantastic day out at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach.

The rides are a laugh-a-minute, loads of space, ample facilities, clean and bright, and the wristbands work a treat.

Favourites for us are The Pendulum, Sky Drop, Disk-O and, of course, the marvellous wooden Roller Coaster. There's rides for the younger little'uns too, and at £21 per person for unlimited rides, it's great value.

Spend a day here and you'll love it.

Wooden rollercoaster wot a gem

Enjoyed our visit especially our goes on the wooden roller coaster. We were also delighted with the time taken with us by Chris & donna in the photo booth on the wooden roller coaster who trawled through the photo's to find us the best of our photo's of our 2 goes they were a credit to the pleasure beach well done to both .

Since COVID things here have improved a lot, no more timed sessions and the variety of tickets are very good, I found it a little pricey for my 5 year old as they're doesn't seem to be a lot of rides he can go on as he's a little thrill seeker !
Other than that we always enjoy a day out here

The idea of allowing a certain number of people in at 3 hourly sessions is a brilliant idea you then have a chance to go on everything without queuing for ever it’s not overcrowded and every attendant was cheerful and pleasant , cannot rate this highly enough
