I placed an order for £100 last week, no email with order confirmation. Managed to locate a telephone number through my credit card company, called them and had an impolite conversation saying jhe was out of office and all orders where dispatched within 48 hours. Pretended to take my details, obviously didn't. Avoid at all costs, scammers!

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order, got no email confirmation, could find no phone number or email address, and the contact page on the website doesn't work. Considering that they say that they ship within 48 hours, it's been one and a half weeks and still no product. I know Royal Mail is often slow, but it's not that slow. No tracking, nothing. Can't even contact them to ask!

My advice, try somewhere else, don't waste your time and money.

And if the site owner reads this, might I recommend that you send email confirmation and update your customers.

Still haven’t received my order. Nowhere you get any response or answer back. This is just a scam and someone that tries to take and steal your money.

Everyone can read previous reviews and I am not the only one.

Coming to the fact my order was this year and not over 120 days ago. That shows not even any effort was made to check. Not answer since this one anywhere. No item received. Money was taken. No order confirmation send. No tracking number for postage given.

And after this review suddenly there is a threatening answer.

Yes please report and use legal action to get this sorted as it’s not nice for any customer who likes to buy something and gets his money taken through this scam.

Rude staff
Ordered and paid for nextday delivery and they put 2 to 3 days when asked about it all I got was rude response

Ordering via the website ended after payment, with no order confirmation page or email.

I contacted the email address given on the website but received no response.

After a week or so, just as I was about to start a chargeback with Visa, one of the two items I ordered turned up, at the wrong address. Since the second item was only a few quid and I couldn't be bothered to chase it, I cut my losses there.

Placed an order and could t fault the service
Arrived the next day with discreet packaging and couldn't fault the first class service well recommended

Ordered a product. Didn't receive a confirmation email. No goods received. The phone number on the site doesn't receive calls and they failed to respond to multiple emails. PayPal paid the money back but not a good experience.
