wrong product delivery in 19 days and denying replacement without giving more money
Enquired for a product on 23rd Oct 2021,to which company representative assured that it will be delivered on same day. I paid 7000 for it. Delivery didn't happened. Called them again. They told me that their delivery guy has an accident. Then they told me that it will be delivered in 6 days. After 4 days they contact me again and tell me that the product is out of stock (for which i have already paid). They tell me that a better product is available then the last one which will cost me additional 5000 and it will be delivered promptly. I was reluctant to spend more money but eventually i agreed for it. I asked for the invoice, they told me that they have already sent the invoice on my email ( i have not provided them any email), i asked them to send the invoice on chat, they agreed, but didn't sent any invoice. After 6 more days i contacted them as i have not recieved the product till now. They told me that delivery was delayed due to holidays and they will dispatch it now. After many days the product was finally picked up for dispatch on 8th nov 2021and i received it on 12th nov 2021. To my surprise they have sent me the wrong order. I called them as soon as i opened the shipment, told them that that have sent me the wrong product even after hundreds of calls and chats. That tell me that the product is sent to me what i ordered, just the size is not same. I told them to replace the order as it was not what i ordered to which they tell me to send 3000 rupees to replace the product. Means i have to pay them again for their mistakes. Even after taking 19 days they can't even deliver the correct order and now either keep what i have received or send them 3000 rupees for replacement. And now they keep telling me repeatedly that the correct product has been delivered. This is the company which will keep asking you for money at every step and even after that you won't receive what you really ordered. Beware of this company. Don't fall for their sweet talkers. You will regret ever going to them.
And i have not received the invoice till now...
