Outstanding BDM and Always Goes Above and Beyond

Bridie has been one of the most proactive and helpful BDMs I’ve ever worked with in asset finance. She’s always quick to jump on a call, incredibly kind and friendly in her approach, and genuinely invested in helping find solutions. Not just discussing problems.

Her product knowledge across both Plenty’s commercial and consumer offerings is exceptional, and she consistently thinks outside the box to help workshop tricky applications. Bridie goes above and beyond for her brokers; even getting back to me on weekends which speaks volumes about her dedication and work ethic.

BDM Kieran is fantastic to deal with, the portal is by far the easiest of all lenders to manage, and when an issue arises, generally everyone is willing to lean in to assist.

Easy process, quick helpful service over the phone, all round a good experience

On the whole, plenti are good extremely helpful. Upfront and dutious and help you to get it done. BUT, somebody dropped the ball which marred my experience exponentially. A simple thing like not paying an invoice causes no end of stress to all parties. A car is by means a small ticket item. Reducing stress by paying the car yard would be nice instead of putting it into my account. It is called double handling for a reason. It ain't fun.

Though I didn’t get the exact amount I wanted (only by a small amount) again things where rather easy to do.
