Been with them for a couple of years never missed a payment on time every time asked for a top up loan to repair some storm damage they knocked me back . Manage to get it elsewhere but piss poor in my opinion

We have been a customer of plenti for a few years now, on a couple of occasions. The process is very streamlined, easy and quick.
This time we had to have a little help over the phone due to a mistake we made. The CSO was very professional, friendly and efficient. Our problem was sorted within minutes and our loan approved the next day.

Adding up to a day to release funds when everything is electronic isn't helpful. It has also caught out many brokers that are used to it being same day. Account checks are not the most confidence inspiring but the ability to provide bank statements is a great compromise. Don't Chang that. And get back to committing to same day funds release.
