I lost my pleo cards. This was naturally my own fault.
I close card number 1.
I cant recall the code for card nummer 2.
I request new login code.

Pleo thinks that reseting my phone helps, really?
Pleo now closes the login for 24h, but my card is still not closed.
The chatbot is helpless as i cant login to use it. And the front page chatbot is less than ideal for anything.
Try the telephone number. Nope, 1 hour in queue with no luck.
How is this supposed to be a financial company.
We are now actively moving all of our 3 companies away from the pleo platform. We can not be in a situation where a card can not be closed.

We have used Pleo for a number of years. The solution works well - and when we started there were few good alternatives.
It is however also a quite expensive solution, and no longer "one of a kind". There are cheaper and equally good options out there.

Supporten er simpelthen alt for dårlig.
Firmaet har alt for meget fokus på "teknikken bag løsningen" og glemmer helt at løsningen også skal være brugervenlig. Kæmper rundt med bilag som giver problemer - og bliver ved med at få Chatbuds og supportere som prøver at bruge ChatGPT til at oversætte mit problem ...
Jeg kan bestemt ikke anbefale produktet ...

I have been a user of Pleo for many years - but am just waiting for a competitor to come along. Then I'll switch right away!!
The support is simply too bad.
The company focuses far too much on the "technique behind the solution" and completely forgets that the solution must also be user-friendly. Battling around with attachments causing problems - and keep getting Chatbuds and supporters trying to use ChatGPT to translate my problem...
I definitely cannot recommend the product...
Highly recommend Pleo to everyone - I am a Pleo admin for my company and always receive help right away and in a quality manner whenever an issue comes up. Pleo's website and app is also very intuitive and easy to use!

Helpful and clear support for fraud issue. I had several fraudulent charges on my PLEO card. I reached out to support and they told me exactly what to do to resolve it. Jozef helped me out!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Pleo. Three months ago, £1,600 was spent from my account in just 19 minutes across three different websites – all without my authorization. This is clearly a case of fraud, yet despite multiple follow-ups, Pleo has still not refunded my money.
The handling of this issue has been slow and ineffective. Waiting three months to resolve such an obvious case of fraud is far from acceptable, and it has left me feeling uneasy about putting any funds on my Pleo card in the future.
I expected a more professional and responsive approach to a serious issue like this. Until Pleo takes full responsibility and resolves this, I cannot recommend their service to others.
