All works well unless you want to top up funds on the wallet at a weekend. In the week usually it take 5-10 mins for funds to clear, weekends you are lucky to see your funds at all that day. Not great when you run a business that’s 24/7
As a new user to Pleo on a company account I was finding it difficult to understand if my virtual card had a balance, James helped me out on live chat and explained how the wallet setup worked and how my account differed from an admin account, which was causing me a lot of confusion. The live chat customer service from James was a great help!

We have had multiple issues with Pleo, randomly changing the language on the app. Not recognising Supplier invoice details, and having to manually type them in each time. Creating multiple Suppliers so you can't find the invoice. An invoice stuck for 3 months despite consistently trying to resolve the issue, customer support is non existent, and if you want to close the account, you can't, you go around and around.
I've had a great experience with Jozef from the support team when handling fraudulent payments from one of our cards. Other than that, we love the software and the connectivity it offers. Can recommend 100%.

We needed to change the contact details for verification text messages and after fiddling in the app for a bit we used the chat bot which linked us to James OC. He was extremely helpful, professional and patient.
Based on my interactions with James and the obvious levels of security protection within the Pleo app itself I would recommend Pleo to others.
