App not available in Netherlands???? How am I gonna do it then?

It looks like this kickstarter company has been kicked into touch. So many justifiable negative reviews due to non-delivery etc.
The product is exceptionally good quality BUT no apps available on ios or android, so it's not very smart.
I bought 2 cases second hand (unused) for £90 and I am happy with just having the cases because they are superb as cases.

I bought a suitcase 470£ and never been delivered. At the beginning they were responding that there was a little delay and then no news.
More than one year later, still no news and the mail address for contact is no more available!

This is a big scam, never order from the company. I ordered my hand luggage suitcase. It has never arrived.
contacting the company only through email and you feel intimidated by the personnel. Endless promises just to work with your money.

Scammers never buy from them again
I ordered my Luggage March 7, 2022 and they never Delivert. I was suspicious of them from the begging and though over my credit card no danger , I was so wrong , Credit card denied to return my money even I disputed charges 30 days after Purchase

They will take your money and never deliver. Will keep saying that they have supply chain issues so the time for you to request the payment cancellation to your credit card expires

This company is a scam. I ordered a suitcase in February of 2022 and they took my money right away. And for the remainder of the year Promised they would contact me when they stopped having issues with their shipper. They never contacted me again. I had to contact them and they would respond the same way each time, that they would contact me in 3 weeks when their new shipper was up and running. I then received an email in September telling me that they were starting to ship items in 3 weeks, nothing....Now they won't even respond to my emails. I filed a BBB complaint and they didn't respond to that either. They are not a legitimate company and their items are expensive. Don't fall for it.

I had been looking at this luggage for some time, and was genuinely interested after doing light research. I took a leap of faith and ordered, considering I have an upcoming trip. I ordered on 10 October 2022. The email sent out upon purchase indicated that the company was behind on orders and that it would take maximum 3 weeks to ship out, which would work out well for my trip. Weeks went by and no updates on shipping. I've reached via email and of course no reply. The are not any customer service numbers and I'm at wits end. My only recourse is to dispute the charge to get my money back from my bank...This website and product is a scam!

I strongly believe Plevo is not a genuine website. I ordered two products on September 8, 2022 (Order No. 1564) and my credit card was charged $779.89 for the same. Till date, there is no news from the website on the order. There is a helpline email and it is like writing to a blank wall. While there is an immediate acknowledgement from the helpline website that they will get back, nothing happens. I am trying to see where I can lodge a complaint about this website that has a place in Facebook, Twitter, etc. Totally shocked.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. I ordered a suitcase Nov. 2021 hoping to give it to my brother for Christmas. The suitcase has never arrived and there is no support for getting a refund. This is a SCAM!

Never arrived product. Its simple scam and lier company. I buyed this product on Black Friday almost 1 year ago and its never arrived.

I have a lot of email about delivery problems I ask for refund but nothing happened.

Dont buy anything from this company and please if you get some experience with the company write a review here too.

Apps are not anymore avaliable in AppleStore and on GooglePlay try to search for it.

Check on Kickstarter, backers are not happy too.

I bought a new phone and tried to reinstall the application, but I can't find the application in the app store.
I cannot find it by clicking on the application link from the official website.

I contacted support by email on 2022/5/3 and on 2022/5/6 they said "the team is working to solve the app as soon as possible", but I haven't heard from them for almost a month and the app is still uninstallable.

On 2022/5/26, I tried to contact support using via Facebook Messenger, but after being told that "Our team is working as fast as possible to fix it. It is expected to be available again during these days.", after which no contact or progress has been made.

Do they use "ASAP" or "AFAP" to mean one year later?

I was due to use this 'SMART' luggage tomorrow for a trip, but the support app was not available so I had to quickly change to another luggage.

This is not "SMART" at all.
The support from this company is totally unreliable.
If I could go back in time, I would tell myself before I bought this item, "DON'T BUY IT!!".

I will NEVER buy another product from this company again.
