Ordered months ago, nothing. I chased them: nothing, one e-mail with nonsense... now I am done with it! Want my money back ASAP!!!

Seems a scam!
After contacting them they answered about 2 weeks after that I have to wait another 2-4 weeks.
It’s been over six weeks now, no response to e-mail yet.
The one postive review ordered 4 frames?? Why would you do that? A five pack was cheaper than 4 plexiframes…..

Update 27-11: A couple of days ago I received an e-mail with an apologie from Moa… they are still waiting for a shipment of materials which should arrive in 1-2 weeks..

Until today no delivery / no delivery date / no tracking information -
Bought as birthday persent - birthday is past due - asked for refund - no answer. Now same product is advertised for half price - I feel scammed !

I was very worried because I ordered a 5 frame pack on 13rd August, and I didnt get any news or at least a estimated date. I sent some emails, and they always answered that there was a delayment because of lack of materials. I was sure it was a scam, but 1 week ago finally I received info like they had sent the order, and I just have received the frames.
Delayed, but real.

Same experience here as other buyers: order placed on the 23th of September from Italy. None of my emails have been answered. If I do not receive a response or a package rapidly, I plan to take action with the Swedish authorities (it is possible from abroad, via internet) as we know that Plexiframe is only one activity of a company Gausta AB (property of Leo Hjertstedt, Sebastian Rückertz) that distributes other products on the net (Gotlands Originals). To be continued...
EDIT - 08 october: received an email today, saying that they are sorry, and that my order is delayed... I will have to wait "2-4 more weeks"... let's see...
EDIT - 12 november: still nothing from them, I will take action with swedish authorities as it really is a scam

As dealer in Holland we invested in the frames and took the time to make a beautifull page on our website. After one delivery we couldn't get contact anymore with plexiframe. Several emals in 6 weeks from different emaladress but zero respons.
We tried to contact them on social but they delete all our massages.
We had to disapoint serveral of our costumers.

20/09/2024: Got the package. Support was very good, even with the delay, which is okay if they were truly overflown with the work.

13/09/2024: The company answered my emails; they got into problems with many requests and had to make some overtimes. Frames are on their way. If I forget the delay in communication, the support made everything clear and did their best. Unlucky that they had a short delay.
Will update this review when the frames are delivered.

9/9/2024: Purchased a set of 4 frames. Got confirmation email. It is 2 weeks from the purchase; I still did not get an email of delivery.
Looks like a scam. Support is not responding.

Stay away from this company. Ordered 3 frames and the money was withdrawn immediately.
Never received the goods nor any confirmation email.
Despite many inquiries, I have not been able to get in touch with them.
