I subscribed to Plixi dot com, operated by Everything Social LLC, a social media growth service, and paid Rs 2747 for their monthly subscription which explicitly advertised 1500 followers per month.
Month 1 delivered only 294 followers against 1500 promised. That is an 84 percent failure rate proven by their own dashboard. Despite this unresolved shortfall I gave their team multiple chances to correct performance and waited in good faith.
While I was actively in conversation with their support team and the first order was still unfulfilled, they silently auto renewed and charged Rs 2747.62 again for month 2 from my Kotak debit card XX9626 on 28 February 2026 without OTP without PIN without consent. Month 2 delivered zero followers. I emailed cancellation the same day the charge appeared. They still refused full refund.
They issued a partial refund of only Rs 1260 which does not even correctly represent 50 percent of the charge. They then falsely claimed in writing that I accepted this as final resolution which I rejected immediately and repeatedly in documented emails.
Their dashboard deliberately hides the cancellation option behind multiple steps showing only a Change button. This is a deliberate dark pattern designed to prevent customers from cancelling. This is a deceptive business practice.
I have now filed a formal complaint with the Reserve Bank of India Ombudsman under reference 39529901 and with the National Consumer Helpline. Rs 4234 remains owed. I have demanded Rs 1,00,000 additional compensation for weeks of mental harassment and deceptive practices under RBI Ombudsman Scheme clause 15(5).
Multiple Indian customers have reported identical fraud patterns from Everything Social LLC. This is not an isolated case.

Some billing errors and although responses were slow they did eventually provide good customer service and sorted everything. Very happy with the service it does everything its says. Followers, views, likes, comments all increased massively. I would recommend them you just need a little patience

Very poor experience, and it seems I’m not alone.
Plixi advertises 1,000–1,500 targeted followers per month, but after several months I gained very few followers total. Most appeared organic or irrelevant, including followers outside my U.S. target market.
I set up niche accounts and relevant hashtags correctly from the start. When I questioned the results, support blamed “targeting issues,” which many other reviewers here mention as well. No refund—only pressure to continue at a discount.
Based on both my experience and similar reviews, this service does not deliver what it advertises. I would not recommend it.
