Customer service is MIA. I did receive the item that I ordered, but turns out I couldn’t use it. When I tried to call the number that they list, it went to a university, not to them. I then sent an email asking to return the item for a refund and the response that I got was that my order was on the way. I sent two more emails with the same results each time. I have now given up. This was a waste of about 60 bucks. Go somewhere else.
