And our products are shipped from JHB and not PLK, another thing we're using a 3rd party courier which means sometimes delivery may be delayed and in your case yours is still within our shipping time, not counting weekend. I am giving 2 because at least there is something that was right with the whole process. Your delivery service and packaging was impeccable, however the perfumes are not what I expected. I didn't expect the original but I also didn't expect them to be watery & scentless either. Disappointed.
