I was happy with the products and the delivery was quick (even if I waited for it at home only to discover that it had been left over my letter box). The only thing i was disapointed with is that the plants were not labelled so I had a hard time knowing what was what.

Floral foam and no way to review plants yourself(?)

Ordered a few plants, the epiprenum aureum was delivered in floral foam and root rot, it was refunded fully (as a discount code). I dont think floral foam should be used for propagation at all and with that its no wonder that the roots wont be healthy for long. Id like to order the same plant again but i worry about it being in this foam again. Otherwise the other rare plants seem well for now. Sadly i couldnt figure out how to leave a review for a specific plant on the website which makes me wonder if those reviews shown are even real

plants arrived damaged

I can't deny that shipping isn't the best way to preserve plants, but the three plants I ordered arrived damaged. And it wasn't due to the shipping conditions; the leaves were pinched in the protective plastic holders… as a result, they're in terrible condition. I'm very disappointed.
