Can't fault Plotterbase - 5 STARS, I think the courier company has a Frenchie that wanted to get hold of the contents of the box! Fortunately, all was completely in tact. Canon inks arrived and at a great price.

I lied about delivery dates and kept…
lied about delivery dates and kept blaming DHL etc for an item that would be delivered in 24 hours 5 Days later offering a refund. Very Frustrating
Despite leaving us in a position where we could not then get the item as intended for a particular date for our charity I spoke to the MD and if he was a representative of the organisation I understand why the delivery did not occur.
The issue seems to be whatever the courier they use somehow delivery fails as it was not just DHL

I placed my first order with Plotterbase and have been left nothing but amazed by the level of customer service and quality of the products I received. It's refreshing to find a company who values its customers and takes the time to reach out in the event of an issue with their order. In my case, one of the rolls was out of stock, but Plotterbase handled it flawlessly, offering a replacement item at no additional cost. This was my first order with PB, but it certainly won't be my last!
