With a little help from a friend..
I was having trouble getting the USB to register on my phone.. And I contacted Plug N Play, who was quick to respond and helpful in many ways.. I'm not the most technical person in the world.. But with the help and patience from Emma, we fixed the problem (which was a setting on my phone - and not a problem with the product)..
In my personal opinion.. Emma should absolutely get - if not a raise, then at least a bonus for dealing with issues every day...
Once again - Thank you Emma... Now I can save the pictures on the snapstick..
