Phenomenal Customer Service

This perhaps may have been one of my more productive Doom Scrolling experience 😂

I simply had some inquiries. Regarding their services and their devices. Although what I am looking for, for the most part, are operations still under development, the rapid responses were phenomenal. And I love reps who are thorough and detailed in their replies no matter what the subject may be. Stephanie…HOLLAA! 📣

I recently purchased from Plug and was impressed by the entire experience. The device arrived in exactly the condition described—looking practically brand new—and has been performing perfectly. Their pricing is incredibly competitive, often much lower than retail, which makes high-end tech finally feel affordable.
