D’après le suivi du transporteur, votre colis nous a été retourné car le nom du destinataire/de l’entreprise était incorrect. Nous avons reçu le colis retourné le 27 janvier et, le même jour, nous vous avons envoyé un e-mail pour vous demander les bonnes informations de livraison afin de pouvoir le réexpédier. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas encore reçu de réponse, nous ne pouvons donc pas procéder à la réexpédition.

According to the carrier tracking, your parcel was returned to us because the receiver/company name was incorrect. We received the returned parcel on 27 January, and on the same day we sent you an email requesting the correct delivery details so we could resend it. Unfortunately, we have not received a reply yet, so we have been unable to ship it back out.
Please reply with the correct information by email and we will arrange the reshipment immediately.
