Great Install.
Lewis did an awesome job and was really friendly and provided lots on info. Lewis also pointed out that although I stated I had solar panels I should have been advised to choose a different charge point as mine was not solar ready, unlike other charge points, such as a Wallbox as it required additional component I.e N1CT to be solar ready.
To be clear Lewis did a top job.

Excellent service
Very happy. Dave Micklethwaite installed my EV charger and did a fantastic job. Dave was polite, respectful of the property and was very knowledgeable about products. He took time to help us with all the setting up in the app and offered advice for the smooth running of everything. He also cleaned up carefully and left the work areas really tidy.

Helpful and professional people
A difficult one to rate. I’ve been waiting 4 months to have my charger fitted due to a system error that I was advised about 2 months ago. I find this unacceptable service. First world problems - but it’s not been helpful to me, or as promised. I spent a good while in the beginning researching the installation times and deals.
However the person on the phone who called last week to delay me further was helpful, friendly and got the appointment sorted.
Chris the fitter was very polite, friendly, patient, communicative and extremely thorough. He was not leaving until everything was perfect.
