Arshad was brilliant and very helpful, even worked through the horrid rain!

It was easy and quick to install and the team explained how it works very well.

Harshad was excellent in his service and effective communication, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue instantaneously. Shows that his knowledge and skills are to a top standard.

An air source heat pump was installed to replace an existing gas fired central heating system. A complex and challenging system at the upper limit of what can be achieved on a single phase electrical supply and one which other national suppliers had rejected.
From heat loss survey to design to customer liaison to fitting, the team were consummate professionals. Being well qualified and experienced, flexible, organised, clean, punctual, courteous and efficient. Indeed, such an easy and pleasurable customer experience that I was genuinely unable to provide any constructive feedback as to how to improve. Their real challenge will be to maintain these standards as they expand their operational capacity.

Chris, Jamie, Dan and Owian were on site for four days installing a heat pump and radiators. The whole team were brilliant from day one. It was easy to see that the whole team have a lot of experience and are very skilled in their work.

The guys kept me up to date on what was happening each day and explaining the system and controls once everything was finished.

If you're considering a heat pump installation, I’d highly recommend this team.

Arshad was fantastic! He let us know he was on his way and his ETA and was spot on. His workmanship was excellent and he very carefully worked around the wildflower garden. You couldn’t tell he’d been here, there wasn’t any mess. He gave excellent tuition on the app and how to set timer. Such a nice guy to be around too. Thanks Neil and Nay.

After some minor issues with my Indra car charger and carrying out some checks, it was deemed necessary to change the RCBO that supplies the vehicle charger. Arshad, called in advance of the appointment time to update me with an ETA and arrived on time; He was really polite and professional, explaining everything that would need to be done and then all the work that had been carried out on completion of the job. A really nice breath of fresh air to have an engineer with a great attitude, happy and polite.

The whole experience from plug me in has been incredibly easy from start to finish. From the planning to the install it was a very professional job. The engineer Arshad was fantastic. Rang me when he was on the way to let me know he was coming. His attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary. After the install he got me set up with the app and spoke about what to expect with my new EV. Overall very happy and would highly recommend to anyone.

Thanks to Chris who did an amazing job in fitting my Easee charger in rapid time. No mess, no fuss and everything explained clearly. Also thanks to Suzanne who booked it all and sorted me a convenient date for installation. A great team!!

Had a home charger installed by Kevin today, very professional and friendly, kept me up to date of when he would be arriving, clean install and placed where i wanted it. Walked me through set up and everything i needed to know.
