I ordered item no email or tracking number. I reached out to them no response. A scam did not receive the product.

NO RESPONSE, NEVER GOT PRODUCT, SCAM!
Made an order, and never received any updates and it never shipped. Tried contacting multiple times and did not even get 1 response. Claims that they ship within 24 hours and have 24/7 customer service, absolute lies. A scam and fraudulent company! I will be formally reporting the website and taking legal action.

My husband surprised me with a desk…
My husband surprised me with a desk that unfortunately does not work in our space, which we realized even before opening. We've been trying to contact them since the day after receipt (we're talking two weeks worth of attempts, now escalating into DAILY emails) with little to no response, and they seem to be very deliberately running out the clock on the 30-day return window to get us ANY return information. Would NOT recommend.
