I can't express how utterly disappointed I am with the abysmal service from this company. We ordered a boiler, and from the get-go, it was a nightmare. First, they sent us the wrong package, resulting in an agonizing additional week of waiting for the correct item to arrive.

When the long-awaited boiler finally showed up, our hopes for warmth and comfort were dashed. To our dismay, the boiler they sent was faulty. Our attempts to contact their customer service were met with nothing but frustration. For a whole day, we were left in the cold, both figuratively and literally, as they failed to answer our calls.

Desperate for a solution, we requested a replacement for the defective boiler. Shockingly, their response was to flat-out refuse and insist that we handle the issue by seeking repairs directly from the manufacturer. This left us in a precarious situation, enduring another week without heat or hot water.

To add insult to injury, we had to pay a gas engineer not once, but twice, to rectify the problems with our supposedly brand new and expensive boiler. The lack of accountability and customer care displayed by this company is nothing short of infuriating.

In conclusion, save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company. Their incompetence and indifference to customer satisfaction have made this entire experience a regrettable and costly ordeal. I wouldn't wish this level of frustration and inconvenience on anyone.

I'm still waiting for my refund on damaged item, item returned to sender, no correspondence and no refund, remember this when you make a purchase.

Ease of finding what i was looking for, a fair price and free speedy delivery to a local collection point.
