Plumbcraft as usual did a great job when servicing my boiler. Very quick and efficient.....and VERY reasonably priced.

Plumbcraft Northallerton have just completed a complete bathroom refurbishment for us. This required stripping out all the old facilities, replastering, fitting of new walk in shower, toilet and wash basin and all plumbing and electrical work. The team approach coordinated by Charli back at the office was excellent and removed the need for us to source and manage the separate trades involved. Top marks to Dave, Dan and Charli - an excellent job - on budget and completed to a high standard.

Work was completed in a neat, tidy manner. The engineer was polite and happy to answer any questions, the whole team are fab! Would recommend!

What a brilliant company cannot recommend them enough the lads were courteous efficient and left everything in a clean condition in the way they found it. Anybody looking for a plumber need look no further than this company

I was referred to this Company who initially appeared efficient but firstly they were more interested in receiving money upfront and then when the new oil boiler was installed there were defects.
The boiler smelt of oil and it took 2 separate visits to find the fault where oil was leaking
Then my electrician had to come as the electric sensor controlling the boiler required a new part and when he came he immediately informed me that the boiler would not pass as the earth bond had not been attached at the time of the installation.
An appointment was made and the engineer then failed to arrive
I would not recommend this company to anyone

Very poor customer service and misleading information provided at the point of sale, meaning we have lost a lot of money for what we have now had fitted and would have been much better off going elsewhere. all of the goods I ordered arrived the wrong colour and had to be returned, the bath leaked through my ceiling hand a hole had to be cut through from another room. I now cant get hold of them ...

Plumbcraft could improve their communication skills and customer service skills, in our experience none were apparent. Be sure to double and triple check your work agreement and make sure you get diagrams first of the work they will do. Do bear in mind they won't be completely accurate either (they might tell you this)
