Have worked with Chris and his company for roughly 5 years.

As I'm a premises manager of a school we need to be extra careful who we use, so Plumberoo have fantastic.

The team are always polite, on time and reliable, and of course the job gets done.

Chris is always honest and open with prices, and understands the needs for our school.

I would recommend Plumberoo to any one, schools, business or domestic.

Very happy with the service. Punctual, efficient, very friendly and gave extremely helpful advice about what the issues were and how best to cure. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I had a blocked toilet so I contacted Plumberoo.

They came round and as they wrote in my £120 invoice 'Cleared blockage using plunger'.

When I explained the next few days this had not worked they said they would charge me another £120 to come out again.

I paid £120 for him to plunge my toilet, using my own plunger, which I could have done myself.

I contacted another plumbing service following this, they unattached the toilet, properly cleared out the blocked pipes and did a proper job.

My review? A terrible service, waste of money, they won't do a proper job - do not recommend.

It took 1.5 hours to replace a washer on a leaking cistern - price £180.00 including VAT.
Plumber arrived, looked at what was needed to stop overflow pipe leak. Disappeared for a long time, then replaced it with a plastic fitting. 'Work completed description on invoice : Attended site and found the overflow to be leaking due to water level in cistern. Replaced washer and tested find no leaks on cistern. All is working well. If issues persist I recommend replacing all the internals with new. Current parts are quite old.' Issues do persist, guess I won't call Plumberoo back. I did not enjoy writing this review but £180.00 is quite a lot to pay for this work.

What a great bunch of Australian plumbers! We have used plumberoo several times now and each time have been so impressed. It’s so rare to find a trustworthy company and local which is also an added bonus. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

At time of writing this company has 40 reviews, 38 of which are 5 stars, one 4 stars, one 1 star. And yet it averages only 3.6? Weird.

As other reviewers, my experience was great. Attended a blocked drain on the day I called, at the time stated. Really friendly can-do antipodean plumber, who worked hard and resolved the problem which required some heavy duty kit and a drain camera. Invoice was correct and fair for time worked. Can't fault them.

Plumberoo installed a replacement boiler and a magnetic filter. They were prompt, tidy, clean and courteous. In short, everything you could wish for in a tradesman. The price was also extremely competitive.

If you need a plumber, gas or heating engineer, I strongly recommend Plumberoo.

Booked them in to fix a leaky toilet and Billy was absolutely brilliant. It was a slightly bigger issue that I had realised but Billy did some good old problem solving and fixed the issue. Professional, tidied up after and overall a fantastic fuss free service from booking to job done. Would highly recommend and will be calling them for any future issues!

Regularly use Plumberoo for their service. Very much recommend them. Very speedy to reply to emails and sort things out. Absolutely excellent.

Pumberoo is absolutely fantastic. I found them on Nextdoor, gave them a ring and they were at my door in 3 hours. The plumber came clearly did an overtime for us and he was so profession and stayed here until the problem was fixed. Highly recommend them! They helped diagnosed a drain blockage and subsequently got the drain blockage specialist to come and fix it - all within 16 hours. Very reasonably priced as well!

Took a CHOCOLATE LOG then booked them to manhandle it free as the CRAP was hefty 10/10 service they did my BUM FLUFF proud however they called me a foul ugly pig isn’t nice but overall 10/10

The best service we have ever experienced. Chris is an expert at his job and goes the extra mile. Our new home was a disaster until Chris arrived, unblocking drains, installing new taps and water filters, sorting radiators and renewing and sorting pipes from a previous dodgy plumbing job. Fantastic communication and lovely manner. Wish there was 10 stars!

Very professional and knowledgeable plumber. Chris kept me updated at each phase of the work. Provided a long term fix to a problem that I had constantly for long period of time. Never complains, very courteous and always mindful. Above all, plumberoo's works are of a high standard compared to what I have experienced.

Chris from Plumberoo was simply great! I cannot fault him in anyway because he did a top notch job on our new bathroom. Chris came promptly, was well presented and had all the knowledge and expertise one could have. If I ever need plumbing work in the future I'll know who to call. I'd like once again to thank Chris for his superb workmanship.

I wouldn't trust any other plumber in south London. Extremely professional, honest and friendly, amazing service. I strongly recommend it!
