If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have given that. Avoid them like pest. Says he will visit and then doesn't show up. Doesn't even have the professionalism to let you know that he won't be showing up for the work even after reading your text message.
This is what happened -
On a Monday, I call their number 01-485-1554, nobody picks up. Then after a while I get a call from a mobile number saying he missed the call. His name was Joey (that's what he told on the phone). He says that he will visit the next day (Tuesday) after 4pm and asks me to text the address. I text him the address and no response after that. I send a follow up text next day morning (Tuesday) to check if he is coming for the work or not. He replies to the text that he would be there in the evening. Its around 5.39pm in the evening and he was supposed to be there after 4pm. I text him again to check if he is coming for the work. I can see he read my text and doesn't even bother to reply back. No reply or call from him after that till now. This was the whole experience with them.
