Plumbersbest scammers Yep im another one has been scammed. Out of pocket almost $400. And they still ripping people everyday. Just have to see if the bank can get my money back. Andrew or what ever your name is next time you look in the mirror you will see a low life parasite oxygen thief who steals people money. You will be caught.

Avoid this business like the plague! Uncontactable, their phone doesn't work. A month after order was paid for, item still was not received. No response to my numerous emails. Lodged a report with Australia Post and was told seller never lodged the item with auspost. I agree with other users this seller is dodgy.

I would give zero if I could. Basically have stolen my money. 4 weeks have passed, no tracking number, nothing delivered, no response to my emails. Scum.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! Read all the bad reviews, they appear to be no longer trading and are not contactable, goods do not ship and you will need to chase your bank for a refund as i have.

Ordered goods on line which was acknowledged by Plumbersbest. No info as to whether goods had been dispatched or tracking number given. Copious Amts of emails with no reply, telephone number inactive.
Payment taken out of my bank account.
Have just been to bank who had to cancel my card as Plumbersbest had my numbers, they are going to try and get my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!

Update - Bank got me my money back.

I ordered stuff 29.03.22 and I only received a confirmation order. I tried to reach out via emails, website form and phone...no luck. Please If you (owner of plumber.com.au) read this message, refund my order 1663

First time ordered from Plumbers best. Found their service and delivery time excellent.

6April: the items I ordered were out of stock & they have refunded my money.

1April 2022 Update: Andrew replied my email. Hopefully his business will be back online soon.

Placed my order 4 days ago. Have not heard any update since, if my order was shipped or not. Perhaps, the business have gone offline. Will have to find a way to recover my payments. I wished it did not have to end this way.

Ordered a small product. I never received any communication beyond the 'order received' email. Tried emailing them a few days after the orders, and several days after that I used the contact form on their website. I didn't receive a response from either, and their phone number is listed as offline.

I think this was an active shop that is no longer manned. I had to lodge a refund through my bank.

No fuss instant delivery of four fire gutter plugs.

Response time was excellent.
Also I found the explanation regarding the update status of my order amusing well done.
The only negative I have is that I was unable to call you due to the phone number problem??? I realise that this could’ve been beyond your control
