Great Customer Service
This was my first time ordering from PlumberStock. I ordered a Toto toilet. Their prices were great and the toilet was in stock. It arrived just when they said it would arrive. Their customer service department emailed me letting me know it was going to arrive and then asking if I received the toilet. Unfortunately it came broken. I emailed their customer service right away and they started the process of putting in a claim with FedEx. Then they ordered me a new toilet right away. I am now waiting for the new toilet to arrive. Their customer service could not be more proactive. Yes, it would've been nice if the toilet wasn't broken but it's their customer service that took care of me and my order promptly. I will definitely order from PlumberStock again.

Honoring there mess ups
After ordering and receiving the product,I received the wrong item. So I contacted the company, it took a little bit to get through but overall they we're helpful and they got the right item on its way and payed for the return on the wrong item. They had a fast response to this corrective action. Thanks
