Parts as ordered, well packed, standard delivery arrived in 48 hours as promised

PlumbinBits, are hands down one of the best online services I've used in 2025.
Great value, fine customer service and top quality products. I made an error when initially ordering a part, no issue. I was informed I'd have to return the item in original packaging for a full refund. I ordered my replacement part which was delivered within the required time frame, then my refund was processed and completed in full. I would highly recommend this family owned business above the usual high street outlets. Might I add that if you need your part super urgently, pay the higher fee, they dont do deliveries personally, it's a 3rd party and we all know couriers get a bad rep. Like Arnie said "I'll be back!"

I ordered a piece for my bathroom and paid an extra £5.50 for next day delivery. They failed to meet this obligation and are refusing for refund the premium £5.50 that I paid. Please just don't trust their next day promise!

I ordered a toilet flushing unit and it was delivered very quickly. However, I then found that my neighbour, who was going to fit it had also ordered the same unit. I returned the item on Monday by Royal Mail and today (Wednesday) received an email to say the full price had been refunded to my account. Excellent service and would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Found "PlumbinBits" after a search on the net for a part I was looking for. The whole purchase process could not be faulted from Price, communication and delivery. The bits arrived by Royal Mail Delivery after two days!

We ordered a Roca toilet seat Wednesday morning and it was delivered Thursday morning. We ordered online and the process was very easy, and at a very competitive price. Can’t thank you enough for the excellent service.

Order some parts, they have never arrived. I have tried to contact them several times. I can seem to get any response, they don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails.

We’ve a toilet that’s been causing us havoc for ages. Tried everywhere to source the part I assumed was required (to say I have limited plumbing knowledge would be doing the word limited a disservice), before happening across your site. Instantly found the flush valve I was after, and at a price that seemed to be way, way below the competitors. Part was dispatched same day and with me the next.

Ordered a toilet lid which had 1 broken part, and needed it fitting ahead of a house gathering.

I was able to submit the photo online while on the phone to Dave, who sorted out a next day replacement there and then, and clearly showed the importance of resolving the issue (this doesn’t typically happen while you’re on the phone to a company).

Good prices when compared to direct from the manufacturer.
