Offer of courtesy call from delivery driver if required. Biggest bonus was free delivery if ordering a minimum quantIty (I think it was 4 bags. I ordered 6 for sharing with family). So overall excellent customer service. Courteous and helpful driver.

Fantastic service and a quality product. Ordered a traditional 3 column radiator as a replacement. Only company I could find that sold a designer radiator, with traditional dimensions, so a quick and easy install.
