Poor communication
While I received the product I ordered, it was several weeks before it actually shipped. Because it took so long to receive, I ended up getting the pump I needed at another company. I have been trying to speak to a representative and have left emails and tried calling the number listed, however it doesn’t actually let you leave a message or speak with anyone. I’ve only gotten the same recorded answering message telling you to select a number (1 for a rep, 2 for prospective buyers, and 3 for leaving a message), and no matter what number you dial, you end up back at the recorded message.

Great prices and free delivery.
Product was as expected.
Only issue is that the box my delivery came in was very damaged and I was concerned that I had lost product through the breaks in the box. Did a count and all there. Suggest more robust packaging.
I will be buying more piping soon and will buy from you.

Order came promptly but this is a 1 and done for me, worst plumbing supply outlet on the net, steer clear!
