We're very happy with the final product and they were reasonably priced relative to other companies. We did have an issue with the wrong bath being ordered initially, which delayed our project completion by 10 days when we were already time pressured. But the issue was rectified and we were appropriately compensated afterwards. The fitters were easy to work with, polite and went the extra mile to get the project completed on time.

My order arrived promptly and was exactly what I thought I wanted. However, the plumber said it was incompatible with my pipe work. Customer services could not have been more helpful in arranging the return for me and issuing a refund. I will definitely order again.

We were disappointed with one of the ceiling cladding as it was damaged. We call plumbitall' they immediately replaced and gave an extra piece of cladding. I would recommend them. Great service from Karl and Sam, I will definitely recommend Plumbitall.

I'm writing this cause I have a had the worst experience ever with this so called company. They get you to pay the pre booking fee then don't tell you till a week later they won't be able to fit for 6/8months asked for a refund within a week of paying pre booking fee and was told couldn't get one. They claimed the owner bash was a rep then the owner then a rep think they got confused about what he is only thing they didn't say he was was a president. So skip 7 months they said we would get products apparently the pre booking fee covered that they say the ordered 7months prior then took a month of phoning and going into shop to sort delivery no response or phones Pete and bash not willing to sort it out then they say can't find products and have to reorder stuff instead of giving money back. When delivery day came only certain bit of delivery turned up then had to chase to get delivery the week after. I'm posting this as I don't want anyone to go through what we went through.
PLEASE AVOID COMPLETE COWBOYS
UPDATE: we have had nothing but complaints by the company since the review was put on basically telling us to amend it or they will take it further. I have been trying to speak to them about the incident but yet again they don't want to resolve it and haven't returned any of my calls really bad customer service

I love the way I was told to amend my review cause they said it could damage company business and it was defamatory but makes me laugh as I have the paperwork to prove everything I said was right but best watch what I say I might get told to remove this again for defamatory but it's ok for them to slander me and can't report it absolute joke. AVOID - I cannot recommend this company.
I paid £10,082 to Plumb It All, and the bathroom installation commenced on 19 March 2025. Initially, the service appeared professional. However, following payment, there was a sustained lack of effective customer care, communication, and accountability.
The quality and progress of the work appeared to depend on which fitter was assigned, with no clear project management or consistent oversight. Following a catalogue of errors during installation, the bathroom required a full rip-out and replacement, which did not begin until 9 December 2025.
On 30 December 2025, Plumb It All were informed that the replacement bath provided was damaged. Plumb It All subsequently confirmed that the bath had arrived defective from their manufacturer. As of 3 February 2026, I am still awaiting a full resolution.
I escalated my concerns on multiple occasions to their management. Despite this, there was no material improvement in communication or resolution. Throughout this process, I have been fair and patient, allowing the company ample opportunity to resolve the issues and turn my initial experience around. Plumb It All may note that the original fitter was dismissed. However, this did not address the ongoing lack of compassion, accountability, or the poor handling of the situation.
Plumb It All may also state that they waived a £1,000 final balance and refunded the cost of tiles approx. £400. These outcomes were reached only after prolonged dispute. The tile refund was necessary because Plumb It All were unable to supply the tiles originally specified, or a like-for-like alternative of comparable standard, leaving me with no option but to source my own from another company at an additional cost of £1,200. Throughout I have been repeatedly reminded that the company was “making a loss” on my job, despite the issues arising from their workmanship and supplied materials.
At various points, I was made to feel as though the situation was my responsibility, despite the faults not being of my making. The manner in which the matter was handled caused significant distress to me.
At one stage, I asked whether I could be refunded in order to take the work elsewhere. I was offered £2,000, despite over £10,000 having already been paid and the bathroom having been left in a condition that would not reasonably have allowed another contractor to take over for that amount. As a result, I had no practical alternative but to continue with Plumb It All.
I delayed leaving a review for an extended period to allow the opportunity for matters to be resolved. Unfortunately, this did not occur.
I have now been forced to seek advice and support from Citizens Advice, just to try and get my bathroom finished, who have referred the matter to Trading Standards.
Given the length of time involved, the disruption experienced, lack of compassion, and the financial outlay, I cannot recommend this company.
Further comment added 16/03:
I am still chasing for my bathroom to be completed, and I have genuinely never experienced service as poor as this from a company. The problem isn’t just with the fitters; it’s the management and the complete lack of customer care, communication, and accountability when things go wrong.
Having paid a significant amount of money, it is extremely frustrating that I am still waiting for my bathroom to be finished. The lack of progress and clear communication has been incredibly disappointing.

All's well that ends well
We're really pleased with our lovely new bathroom and with Chris who did all the hard work. He worked tirelessly and with such attention to detail that we have no complaints whatsoever over the bathroom installation. We did have the odd warehouse related problem when the wrong items were delivered - or not delivered at all - but they were soon sorted and Chris managed to finish the job within two weeks as estimated.

Avoid at all cost!
Orderd bathroom suite over 2 weeks ago it came without bath taps! When raised the issue took over 3 days to get back to me! Then they told me they would send out another set! 1 week later still no taps. When I raise this with them telling them that I'm literally at boiling point! Nothing to do with them speak with delivery company! Since first order , weeks ago still nothing received and no futher forward..Avoid at all costs my clients are extremely disappointed and they have made me look like a fool. Also clients are deducting me as job is well over due finish date. I suggest you use a decent delivery company or don't offer delivery service. I will be spreading this news far and wide..shocking. only gave one star because I had to
Stressfull experience
I wouldn't use this company again nor would i recommend it. My fitted bathroom is really nice once it was completed but my experience beforehand was not good. Four dates i was given for work to start and 4 times cancelled, 2 of them whilst on holiday with no reasons given. The commumication from the manager/ceo was poor and on one of the dates the work should have commenced he never got in touch until 11.30 to say again it had been cancelled. So all in all not a good experience for me.

I was given some really good advice over the phone and in store on what products to buy and they turned out to be great. I had 1 small issue with a toilet seat fitting and it was resolved within a day or 2. Overall price was very good. I bought a full bathroom & tiles ready for my fitter. Avoid if you ever want a finished bathroom
We're deeply regretting our decision to choose Plumbitall to fit our main bathroom and an ensuite. It's nearly 5 months into what was estimated to be a 2 month job and neither room is finished. Our 1st fitter had to be replaced and the 2nd fitter left site last week as Plumbitall wouldn't pay him so we're now in limbo.
The communication from the office has been very poor throughout and we've been stuck in the middle between them and the fitters which isn't acceptable when you've paid for a managed service. Also, many of the goods we paid for before delivery then turned up damaged or were of poor quality.
They've had the vast majority of the money now so seem to have very little interest in finishing the job. We're leaving this review as a last resort given they've had ample opportunity to put things right already but we've run out of patience and options.
The true test of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong and Plumbitall have failed that test miserably up to now. They claim they offer a 2-year labour guarantee on all their workmanship but I have zero faith in that now given they can't even finish the job in the first place.
Toilet replacement
Mr Plumb it All recently replaced a toilet in my home. He was prompt and completed the job within an hour and a half. He was very neat and had everything caulked and and clean when he was finished. I highly recommend him, everything was done in a professional manner!

This company was brilliant from start to finish . We had a small bathroom but wanted a total refit of everything with a walk in shower instead of our bath . They came and measured up , we then went to the showroom to pick everything we wanted and they showed us just how it would look on screen . We then had to wait about a month because they were so busy , but it was well worth the wait . They sent us a bathroom installer called Terry who worked tirelessly to get it looking top notch and he asked us everyday if there were any questions . Amazing service would highly recommend.
Review Updated. Re: purchased a trigger spray
we purchased a trigger spray and found it to be faulty. However, having complained to Izak and sending an email (tedious for a small complaint) the technician Rui from the supplier came out to our home and installed a replacement unit. For something I could have done myself, this service was excellent. He installed and tested and only left when we were happy. Great Service from Izak and Rui

From the first visit to the showroom to the final installation we had no worries. Many thanks to Pete who, with his expertise and knowledge, helped and advised us with our choices with great patience.
He said we would always have access to our bathroom throughout the installation and we did.
Special thanks to Terry, our fitter, who was absolutely fantastic. Our bathroom was completely renovated with new floor, new ceiling and tiled walls. It presented many unexpected problems for Terry, which he solved.
He and Kieran did everything from start to finish. We didn’t have to wait for a plasterer, tiler or plumber. Terry did it all. I can’t praise him enough. His workmanship, expertise and dedication were excellent. A complete perfectionist who’s created a fabulous bathroom.
Terry and his apprentice Kieran have given us a ‘state of the art’ bathroom which we’re thrilled with.

disappointing experience
so first of all i tried call in about 30 times on a saturday then when i drove there about a 40 min drive they said they wsaw the and heard the phone ringing but didnt want to answer it. i bought a pcb for my boiler. wasnt told anything about returns when i went back to return it i was told no once the box is opened no returns. i tried to explain it was only used to test the boiler. he said no returns and walked way. truely a disappoint expereince and if you can go any where else i highly recommend buying anything of this business they are a joke

We recently had our new Bathroom fitting completed by Plumbitall. Based on our experience we can only congratulate them for their professionalism, helpfulness, advice and customer service.
We had our old bathroom ripped out and fully replaced. From start to finish we were very impressed with all their staff and how approachable and flexible they were with all aspects of the job. From the initial visit to the showroom, home visit to get the detail of the job, delivery of material and completion of the work we were kept informed of all aspects of the job, time of deliveries, visits, arrival of tradesmen etc.
Thanks to Nathan for his help with planning and advice, all the lads who were involved in the deliveries and special thanks to Terry who completed the fitting work with great enthusiasm and professionalism and made some great suggestions regarding some details of the job (and drank more tea than any man I’ve ever met!!). Apprentice Kieran also did a fantastic job, so long as he listened closely to Terry’s advice!
