The item I ordered was wrapped up securely and was in good order.
The delivery was free and arrived in good time, even in the current Covid 19 conditions. Very pleased.

Good price, good product, took a while to arrive obviously due to the current situation.

I placed order on 25th May and the order is still pending, there is no sign of shipment. I have sent email to check but never receive reply.

This site came out cheaper than Amazon for my purchase and the service was great. I appreciated the fact that you could delay payment via Klarna until after delivery. It serves as a kind of guarantee.

Repeat order - arrived on time - just what was needed

Seat adequate, fasteners for close coupled seats poor. No matter how much tightening still had lateral movement. One day when tightening again I managed to push the screw through the fitting and loose it and the rawl plug in the closed toilet. I instead bought a different toilet seat with metal fasteners which were much better. Plumbtap did offer to send me replacement fasteners but I didn’t thing they would be up to the job since the original ones failed.

No problem with selection, choice, price, delivery. However the shower seal was so badly bent & twisted (stored very badly, not bent in transit as the seal had such a bad set it would not and will not straighten) it cannot be used. I have used Plumbtap before and not had a problem so guess this might just be an odd case of faulty/reject product. However, it's totally useless. Do I spend another £5 to get another ? In the same/similar condition ??

Why doesn't anyone check the product to see if it is 'fit for purpose' before sending it ??

1st order arrived damaged, but rang & replacement sent out & received next day, great quality & service

No hassle just order and in two days it all arrived.

Ordered spares for an Aqulisa shower, the parts were delivered in a timely fashion, all good, would use Plumbtap again.

When the item turned up it was the wrong part. However when I called them the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I had to pay the return postage but they did refund it and send the correct item quite quickly.
