Timewasters

Ordered a towel rad . A week later I got a blunt email....."order updated to cancelled" with no further explanation. Money was refunded but nonetheless a waste of time. Wouldn't use again.

Excellent

Experience was excellent, competitive price and quick delivery. Only minor point was that I ordered a pack of items - but they arrived loose in a single jiffy bag - no other packaging or instructions. Not a big deal but a little strange.
