Delivery was delayed, no notification of this. Had to chase twice. Advised of delivery day but turned up the day before with no warning and there was no one there to help with delivery. All in all communication dire.

Sent wrong size panels out, then ignored my emails

Delivery details were very sketchy had to phone 3 times certainly not in the timescales advertised

Units came without instructions and not packed or protected

No problem purchase of products but after sale service is poor, I was promised a reply to resolve the issue and 4weeks on and still waiting for answers.

Very easy to use website and the order very quickly delivered.

I had to chase the order, there were no updates and the response when quizzed was frosty.

Wasnt delivered the day they said but i can understand as i am a long way from them, but i am happy with the quality of the product

I have Oder 5 toilet doors panels is taken too long 3 weeks I email they’re not reply,
Also I’m have a second Oder 5 pack partition set again still waiting, it’s take delay for job done, my client complained every day is so urwfull

15 Days after placing the order and still haven't received a delivery date. I have emailed with no response and called numerous times each with a promise of returning my call with delivery information. I now wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

Was never notified of a part not being a stock until a week after I had ordered it, despite it saying 48 hour despatch next to the product on the website. That was then followed by multiple phone calls before it was resolved. Being told I would receive a call back, not hearing for 24 hours. The lack of communication put our project over a week behind scheduled. Will not be ordering again and certainly won’t be recommending them.

I ordered a fast track cubicle usually dispatched in 48 hours on the 17th July and am still waiting on the 24th.
I have received this review before the item has been dispatched.
I had to chase to establish my delivery date.
My main reason for ordering was the dispatch time in order to complete my project in time.
If I knew it would be over a week I could have looked at other options.

Website quotes delivery normally in 48hrs.
8 days and still waiting.
No notifications of delivery whatsoever

They did NOT have what I wanted in stock and what I bought

I have ordered and paid for Cubicles and although your website says that the product i chose will be dispatched in 48 hours it is now 8 days and still havent recieved an email from Dart cubicles with a date, i have telephoned them several times only for them to tell me they will call back , but they never do . so now im panicing.......
All resolved.contacted me with a date the following morning after posting my review.many thanks.

Ordering process ok. Staff on the phone very polite, but ordered stock items two weeks ago and still waiting for delivery!!!!
